Versante Reviews
My biggest regret about our visit here is that it wasn't sooner. We've truly been missing out on some delightful food. I have yet to pass this place during business hours and not see them packed.
Last night we had reservations at Versante for two for our anniversary. Jamie and Anna were our servers, and they were so friendly. They listened to our questions and made (excellent) suggestions.
Initially, it took a little longer than expected for them to greet us, but...read full review

Versante offers a unique menu with warm, full plates in a sophisticated setting. The atmosphere is pleasant, making it suitable for special occasions. The food is always good and reliable, with the kitchen accommodating requests for gluten and sugar free options with excellent results. The steak special, cooked medium/rare with asparagus and potato wedges, has been praised by guests. Despite some slow service and understaffing leading to long wait times for drinks and appetizers, the overall experience remains enjoyable. The pepper sauce with bread and pig cheek pappardelle continues to be described as awesome. The polenta, while fried, is delicious. The cheesecake was average. Whiskey cocktails have received mixed reviews, but the Vodka lemon drop martinis were noted as tasty. Versante remains a great spot for those with diabetes and for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The seafood pasta with fish, shrimp and crab meat with a cream sauce that had a little brandy was delicious. Oysters were a good appetizer. The carbonara served in a Mason jar was very hot and delicious. The octopus was cooked good and had a good taste. Creme brulee was shared to end the meal. The buffet menu was great. The event coordinator was responsive and helpful. The service was attentive and efficient.
