First, thanks to Tim Carson (owner) for everything prior to and on the day of. Beulah also helped us with many MANY emailed questions during the lead up, so thanks to her as well. They were an awesome caterer and we got many compliments on the food. Some quick shoutouts/suggestions to future clients - THE FETA MAC N CHEESE IS INCREDIBLE. We literally asked the waitstaff to bring a full plate of it to share up to our sweetheart table. Their fried chicken, mashed potatoes, spare ribs, and Philly cheesesteak sliders were also big hits. We selected buffet "Stations" and were so happy with that choice. We also had the sliders for our cocktail hour appetizer and people loved them. Wonderful job all around by everyone involved with this company! They have a cool "Cheers"-esque bar in Scottdale, too!

To use British English slang this place is the Dog's B*ll*cks. Good honest food, ample helpings, full of life, great service (thanks to Kelly), multiple sports screens so my wife and I could both watch the sport and face each other. And... I am vegetarian and did just fine. dghb

Our experience was terrible. Confusion from day one because the staff turnover was all the time. Nobody giving the next person the correct information. The day of.. they only brought out one pan of appetizers for 138 guests. Half of my guests didn’t see one meatball. The food was cold, an hour late and they forgot the rolls.. the gravy and broccoli salad. I had to ask 4 times for them to serve my head table. My last table didn’t eat. They were told it was gone. The staff said the food was left out all day and night. Not covered. The staff was 4 teenage girls who were upset and overwhelmed. It was embarrassing. The owner has been arrogant and not taking responsibility for any of this.

Our first time here! It definitely won't be the last. Stopped for lunch. Portions were awesome for the price. The 6 pierogies appetizer was delicious. My salad and wife's hoagie were fantastic!

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. All I can say is OMG this place had fantastic food. I had the Salmon and my wife had the Meatloaf. I am so sorry that it took me so long to dine here. The atmosphere was great, the staff was fantastic along with the food. From the server to the manager. Great dining experience. It will be a regular stop from here on.

We made reservations on 12/23/2022 for the New Year's Eve buffet for 5pm. We called to add a few more people to the reservation on 12/28. Apparently, there was a mix up and they couldn't find our reservation, but they were able to give us reservations for 10 at 5pm. The next day they called and asked if we could change our reservation to 4:30 pm. That was a little early for us, but we tried to be accommodating. We should have known then that this establishment was poorly managed and just gone to another restaurant. Food wasn't great. 32$ each is a little steep for subpar food and service. As our group was chatting before leaving, the older female manager walked over to our table and asked if we were done because another table was waiting. We had just paid our bill. It wasn't like we sat there for an extended length of time after we paid. Maybe 10 min. Their incompetence should not have affected our evening. It was our first time there and we will never be back!!!

Oh how I hate to do this! But you only get one shot at a Thanksgiving meal. Their menu looked absolutely amazing for takeout and I thought it would be the sure fire answer to our holiday meal. Boy was I wrong! It smelled and tasted like something from a nursing home or worse!! The dogs are getting the rest! Honestly, we are the most easy people to please! I would've much rather had McDonald's! At $30 a pop, it's just not fair. I do not recommend Carson's food.

Carson's catered my daughter's wedding at Sanaview Farms on 7-2-22. I can't say enough great things about our experience. They worked with us to make sure that everything was set up perfectly and resolved any small issue immediately. The food was delicious and we had plenty for our guests. Tommy was the go to person and communicated with me on everything. He was very personable and professional. Thank you Carson's for being a part of a perfect day!

Carson’s catered my wedding at Yinzer Valley Farms. They did an incredible job. The food was absolutely outstanding, our guests raved about it. The staff was incredible. Tommy (my wedding coordinator provided by Carson’s) was quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the event and super friendly. They did a great job with our cookie display and getting everything prepped and ready. They were even able to throw in last minute linens I needed for tables. My only complaint is it took a little while for us to get our balance from them when getting our final count done. Other than that I was beyond pleased with what they did for us. They also provided a shuttle driver for us for the guests to and from the hotel who went above and beyond to take us to the casino for an after party with a couple of our guests. I recommend any bride to go with Carson’s for their big day!
