Below average product and customer service. Wife reached out separately to address concerns and was left on read. Cookies were burnt, and decorated in a way to hide that they were. Was charged for a 10” cake when we actually ordered an 8” cake. Not really sure who runs this place, but I wouldn’t trust them to make you anything for a special occasion. You’ll probably end up disappointed like we did. I would give a second chance, but it is too expensive to roll the dice. Maybe next time they will try harder.

Got cookies for my son's wedding and had my parents pick them up for me. When I opened the box, was very dissatisfied with the appearance. I couldn't use them on the cookie table. The cookies should have never left the shop. Contacted the owner. She said she was going to send me a refund , but I never received it.

Good Cookies to have!!! My all time favorite cookie is fruity pebbles. Staff is very friendly and nice! Would recommend to come in and visit! They also do birthday parties have cakes, cookies, cake pops for kids of all ages. So come on down to both locations Scottdale Pa and Mount Pleasant Pa

Just one of my orders from Jen, but I have a ton more of her amazing work! I love the look and taste of them! They always taste fresh and so good! The customer service is wonderful she answers quick, answers any questions you have and is very detailed in her art. I have ordered for my sisters wedding, my sons birthdays, friends baby shower, now my gender reveal! She does great with any event and I plan to use her in the future for other events!

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered a birthday cake and cookies and everything that could’ve went wrong, went wrong. We were overcharged for the cake, the cake came completely plain when we asked for a design… instead the design came in a side package in a fondant style that looked like a kindergartner colored on it with sharpie. The cake also was really smudged on top like something was sat on top of it?? The cookies were burnt and they clearly noticed and didn’t want to remake them because they decorated the backside of the cookie in attempt to hide how burnt they were. Although the decorations on the cookies weren’t horrendous, they were a completely different color than what I had asked for, even with clear reference photos. I reached out about all of these issues as soon as my husband got home with the order and although Jen read my messages, she would not reply. I asked her again a few days later if she cared to attempt to rectify the situation as I don’t like leaving local businesses poor reviews and that message went unanswered as well. I watched people spit the cookies out into the trash can as well as into napkins. Extremely embarrassing. I threw away the majority of what I paid for. My recommendation would be to literally go anywhere else with your business. It’s one thing to make a mistake here or there but to not even respond to your clients and be careless about the quality of your work is really shameful.

I can't say anything about the baked goods here because every time I stop they are closed. Hours are not set for customer convenience, esp. after 5.I also called on a Saturday to order a cake. I left a message on their machine but never got a call back. Disappointing

The cupcakes were not fresh for my order for a special birthday occasion. Asked for white cupcakes and these are yellow!? Dry cupcakes although icing was sweet. Not recommended unless they are fresh. ☹ Looks great but taste awful. I would buy cupcakes from Walmart bakery next time.
