Extremely compassionate DVM and staff! Fast, friendly service in a beautiful and clean facility that is equipped to handle a vast array of pet healthcare needs. Dr. Chez was honest, straight forward, and extremely knowledgeable about my pet's health condition. His techs are also fantastic!

I'm sure they love seeing my name on the books, between a 120lb dog or my 14lb goose🪿😂 This entire team is excellent, kind, and just awesome. favorite vet clinic around!!

Loved Dr. marble he was the best with my animals, I went there for many years. Can’t say the same for the new group. I think the vet is pretty nice and knowledgeable but the office surgery tech is rude, disrespectful and just plain arrogant. Dropped my kitty off at 6:30 in the morning, called at 1:30 to see how it went since I hadn’t heard anything. Was informed that they still hadn’t done the surgery and that they had three more to go before they would get to her. I expressed how upsetting that was and asked if they had over booked . She started yelling I was rude and I could pick my cat up at 5. No water or food and in a pen all that time. No compassion for my kitty what so ever. Talk about arrogance and disrespectful, not the vet the surgery tech female. Never again will I use this veterinarian clinic. The pricing was also ridiculous! I’m done with them looking for new vet.

Took our puppy there who had parvo. They tested him, he tested positive and next thing you know they tell us there's nothing they can do we gotta take him somewhere else and charged us 200

No matter where you go, if it involves your pet, you'll need money. I happen to like this place. They're very accommodating. Easy to get an appointment. I like Dr. Chez. He takes time with you explaining what he feels is wrong. Okay. I didn't give five star because always room for improvement, that goes for any veterinarian. Besides stars are a terrible way to access a person's quality of service. It depends on what is being done. Receptionist are always nice and helpful, and technicians, are great. They are the "hands on".. like gland squeezing,ugh🤢🤮, nail cutting, ear washing. Not sure who administers the shots. Never actually see . But in my opinion, they really are wonderful people. Always pleasant with your pet and quickly getting the job done. They know what they're doing.

We highly recommend this clinic! They are very knowledgeable and friendly here! They also give back to local nonprofits and that speak a lot to the owner character and compassion for their community!

They talked my husband into purchasing Bravecto because it would save us money. We spent $75 on the medicine. Tried many ways to get our dog to eat it. He wouldn't. Had to throw it out. Called and told them the situation and they basically said too bad. We have been going there for 6 years. Looking for a new vet.

We just moved to Scottdale and we have found our permanent vet for the area.

Dr. Chez, Katie and Gwen were great with us, as I am sure that all of his staff is great. Dr. Chez is a very knowledgeable about chickens, which was the reason for the visit. He is extremely caring with the animals and calming the anxiety of the "parents" We came home with 2 medications for “Hennifer”. Today is Friday and her eye is looking 100% better.
