Very good local ice cream. It's a step down in quality and price from Nina's or owowcow, but that's not a bad thing. And they got some really great and interesting flavors to boot! Also the water ice is better than Rita's.

I live up the street from Kool Licks and I love that little shop. They have great options for hard ice cream, soft serve ice cream, and water ice. There is something for almost everyone here. The portions are generous and the prices are good. It is cash only though. A fantastic little neighborhood spot.

They are far better than Rita’s in my opinion. I will travel from the Reading area just to get some amazing water ice and ice cream!! The manager even went above and beyond to help me out to bring them home to my kids!
