I have stayed at three Hilton Properties in Cranberry the past few years. The DoubleTree is the most consistent and customer focused of the three. Home2 was nice but does not provide the amenities and level of service of the DoubleTree. I would stay away from the Hilton Garden Inn since it is not maintained as well and customer service is not demonstrated by the staff.

Great service from Kathrine at check in to having dinner at the lobby restaurant. Both bar staff were excellent and food was very good. Clean, bright, well appointed spaces. We traveled with our dog. Everyone was very accommodating. Great value!

This hotel has an older, dated appearance…very large lobby, some inward facing rooms (like Embassy Suites). This appeals to many reviewers, but not quite my taste. No doubt about the cleanliness and professional staff, but my room was very basic. Not sure if all the rooms are this way, but my room did not have carpeting. Wedged between I-79 and the PA Turnpike, I found it a bit noisy (my room faced outward).

We have stayed at this property previously - specifically for dinner at the restaurant. However, at this stay, the quality of the food deteriorated significantly, even though the prices have increased. We ordered the salmon plate at $34 and the chicken plate at $32. The chicken was at most 4 ounces, completely overdone, and inedible. The piece of salmon was edible, but simply had a bland sauce covering it. When complaining about the food to the server, he agreed that the chicken was unacceptable and removed $16 from our bill. I assume cost cutting measures have resulted in a change of chef and food quality. However, the prices still reflect upscale dining and should be adjusted accordingly. We will likely not return to this property in the future.

The service at the hotel was excellent... quick answers to any requests or questions. The layout of room was roomy and design up to date. Lots of space in sink area and great shower. High marks for comfort of the bed. Also we were happy to find an excellent restaurant in house and chef took great care with special allergy needs. Beyond expectations!

I took steps to ensure my husbands travel was seamless, calling both rewards and the hotel. I was assured everything was set for travel. It wasn’t. Very frustrating. Credit card authorization form not used. Billed the card I used for incidentals vs booking, even though I called to clarify and be sure.

The staff is nice. Location is good. They have food available in the restaurant, but the service hours are limited. The room had like 4 insects (alive) and the housekeeping needs to be requested by the guest. They don't have any warm blanket in the room, so I called to have an extra standard blanket. I also had to request more shampoo, conditioner and cream (I stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, I wish they've considered this when preparing/cleaning the room) I could hear the dog barking one floor above and some conversations happening in the aisle.

We had a very enjoyable time at this Doubletree. Nathan, AJ, Diane, and Dylan all took excellent care of us! We are very grateful for their hospitality! Nathan personally ensured that we had everything that we needed during our stay. Diane was our server at breakfast and made us feel so welcome! Few hotels provide such authentic hospitality.

This is a beautiful Hilton property. Easy to get to. Conveniently located from I-79. Route 19 and PA Turnpike. Beautiful, spacious lobby. Great rooms that are spacious. Great staff. Affordable. And quiet!

My wife and I are Hilton Diamond members and stay almost exclusively at Hilton properties. We like Double Tree properties because they prepare a fresh breakfast for us. This Double Tree has the best of the best for breakfast. They will custom prepare your breakfast or allow you to select from the banquet line of wondeful foods. You cannot go wrong. And the rooms are very nice and comfortable. We have stayed at this location in the past and will continue to do so when we travel to that area.
The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were soft. Everything worked as it should and nothing was broken. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was that my room window looked out into the lobby instead of outside.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel the first time that we decided we would stop at the same hotel again on our way back home from Chicago to Virginia Beach. Rooms are clean, service is great and also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Our son's wedding was at this hotel, and we stayed Friday and Saturday nights. Not only was the wedding perfect, but we also had two very restful nights of needed sleep! The staff was so helpful and accommodating, the beds were super comfortable, and the room was quiet, despite all that was going on! This hotel is a great place to hold events, and also get the rest and recharge you need to attend them! Philip was wonderful as a catering and event manager. He walked the couple and their parents through the entire process, from securing the date to saying goodnight! As mother of the groom, I saw him give great confidence and assurance to the bride and groom that all would go how they expected, and he was right. The reception was a blast!

Justin “JB” the Food and Beverage Manager was really awesome. He went out of his way to help me with selecting gluten free menu items. JB made our stay at the Doubletree by Hilton a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We had stayed at this property in the past (+3-4 years ago) It had been a little dated. Some things have been updated, but not all. They put the money where it was important too - new flooring and decor in the rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The restaurant was quite good - I highly recommend the wings and brussel sprouts! We pass through Cranberry often on the way to see family. I am a Hilton and IHG member, so over the years I think we have stayed at pretty much every hotel at this exit and this is moving back towards the top of the list. I am certain we will be back.
