Everything was good, but not great. Prices were fair. Brisket, pork, and ribs were clearly made and pulled/sliced yesterday. The brisket was a good portion of lean and point, and the pulled pork had a great clean smoke flavor. Brisket had great bark and a good fat render and the right amount of seasoning. Just went for the first time and was blown away. For $11 I got a smoked reuben on marble rye, dusted home made kettle chips and a big cup of potato salad. While I was waiting for my food they gave me samples of their smoked brisket and bbq chicken. All of it was incredible. The brisket was juicy and melt in your mouth, the chicken was tender, and the reuben had a perfect blend of savory and sweet. The bbq was good. Don't expect large portions. Buying by the lb. is your best value. Coleslaw and cornbread were good; skip the baked beans (buy Bushes). Will be making this a regular weekend stop this summer. :)
