I visit any time I can. The devils on horseback are a must, the wine selection is fabulous, and the staff and clientele are always friendly (I always sit at the bar, so I’m usually sitting near regulars). It is difficult to find small establishments with unique wine options, this fits the bill. I highly recommend for a cozy glass of wine to a full date night dinner.

UPDATE: Ignore the complaining nutbag review just written a few minutes ago. We were sitting at the bar across from their table and heard everything that went on. Don’t like the dressing? How about trying it first before putting it on your salad? Salmon not done to your liking? How about giving the kitchen a chance to fix it and not just scream nastily “this is disgusting!”. Are the martinis “disgustingly sweet”? Give them a chance to make it to your liking? These women were so nasty, you’d think it was their husband who was caught on the Coldplay concert cam….

We stopped by for some small bites and wine. We could hear the staff in the kitchen loudly using foul language throughout the duration of our visit. Our server/bartender wasn’t very attentive despite us being some of the only customers around. The food and wine were fine, but the atmosphere was not very welcoming. Didn’t meet my expectations.

Lackluster weird kitschy ambience, the bench seating is too high for the tables and the chairs paired with it are too low, making for an uncomfortable seating arrangement. Server was incredibly grumpy, maybe she was having a bad day, but the attitude was gross. Bartender was nice enough, but they don’t have a cocktail menu. Not a huge deal, but annoying to not have at least some ideas of what they can make well. The whole place felt like a kid’s idea of their parent’s night out. Clunky, awkward, and the food was just sauced, not actually quality. We never received an item we ordered, had to ask for it to be removed from the bill, and were charged for club soda. As “rocks”. Getting tired of the designated driver being charged for not drinking.
This is an Amazing place to stop and grab a bite. Food is exceptional, greatly proportioned to price, drinks are reasonable and, it has a good wine selection. Most definitely worth a stop!
