Owner yelled at my table for “taking to long to eat”. It was so embarrassing and we haven’t even gotten our main courses at that point!

My wife and I ordered their smashed burger. (Apparently the house feature) Grilled on one side soggy on the other with way too much "special sauce" our fries were not hot. Barely warm. Our Soup Was Not Hot. Barely Warm. I spoke with the bar manager and expressed our displeasure. He said that no one has Ever complained to him. I Just Did!
We spent a lot of $ for a really bad lunch that this manager saw that we Did Not Eat.
Zero understanding.
Zero Recompense.
Zero Solution of Any Kind Offered!
Look At The Photo Of The Receipt I Have Provided. This Story Is Very Possible For You If You Visit This Poor Excuse For An Eatery.

Think of it this way...
If we had gone to Wendy's we could have ordered two Dave's Doubles with fries. Good quality never frozen meat and hot fries for under $20.00. 1 third of the cost for BETTER Food!
Please understand we are not of meager means. On the contrary we are Very well off. The takeaway point is...

They Serve Bad Food And Do Not Care!

They changed their menu and the food/recipes are not even close to what they used to be :( unfortunately they removed all of the flavor and deliciousness. We used to frequent this spot but we won’t be back unless they bring back the quality they had before.

Sat at the outside bar and watched the cook use his bare hands to pull fresh produce from the cooler and pop it right on a plate to be served, as well as bare hands to pull quesadillas off the grill and cut them to be served. There are piles of black cobwebs on the outdoor fridge and on the sprinkler system above the outdoor grill (guess what will fall in your food?) The employee to customer ratio when I was there must have been 1:3 and somehow it took forever to get silverware and close my bill. Half of them were just standing around? Two burnt burgers, two waters, nothing else, came to $44 with tip.

Jon Taffer needs to rescue this place. Pass.

Walked in after the local fall festival right across the street at 1:45 PM. Hours specified open until 3, then open again at 4 for dinner service. We walk in and a stressed hostess comes to tell us they're way too backed up on food orders to seat more. I specified we were just looking for a drink and could sit at the bar, and we were interrupted by supposedly the manager or owner who raised his voice and told us they close in 15 minutes, they have a long wait list, and their kitchen is backed up. So which is it?? The waitress looked visibly distressed. Barely ever written reviews I'm only 21. I worked in the service industry for years but this grown man was horrible. Do not go. Plenty of people were sitting and didn't have food yet either. Looked like mostly grown white men and that was all that was welcome. Checked the website and the bar doesn’t even close when the kitchen does for one hour.

The food was hit and miss with our order, two out of the four items were great but the other two fell flat on taste and were not too appetizing. A great little place to have drinks and an appetizer or two, but out of the nearby choices for the money, go elsewhere to get your money's worth. I highly suggest the short rib tacos and the buffalo cauliflower, the Tortilla soup was bland and watery and the chicken on my salad was very dry and tasteless. Also the water they serve in a glass bottle to each table is tap.

The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the owner even came up to talk to us to see we were enjoying our lunch. Then told us the whole history of the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place.

The ambiance can best be described as eclectic. This restaurant purports to serve Mexican cuisine. I ordered the American Tacos specifically asking the wait person if they came with crunchy shells to which she replied, "yes." While the shells are corn tortillas, they are not crunchy as they are fried which I normally like but these were soggy. The hamburger was completely void of seasoning. The entire taco was smothered in sour cream. I ate 3 of the 2 tacos as I was full. My companion ordered a steak & cheese sandwich with fries. The sandwich came with about 2 oz of meat on an oblong roll and batter-covered fries which he stated was good but not worth the $18. We both ordered draft beer from a limited menu. Other patrons had ordered salads which looked delicious. I will not revisit this restaurant as it was certainly a disappointment.

Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair-bound individual is able to enter through the patio entrance.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.
I should have known it was going to be bad the moment I had to wait 10+ minutes for someone to come by after being seated by the hostess.
I went up to someone and asked if a waiter was going to come. After another 5 minutes, the waitress showered up and was apologetic.
We ordered a salad, a chicken meal and the Navajo bread. The salad looked pathetic and tasted even worse. The Navajo bread and chicken meal looked delicious, but there were no flavors to be found. Everything was bland. Whoever was cooking there that day didn't know that salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, and other spices existed.
It was a very disappointing experience.

Bottom line, the place is good for drinks, I guess. The atmosphere is great. Service lacks so much. Food is not even worth mentioning again.

Definitely never going there again.

So I never post negative reviews on a restaurant but last night I went to the hotel and Rosa cantina in Sewickley yesterday first my waitress wouldn't stay still long enough for me to order anything she stop and ask me if everything was okay and when I would go to answer her she'd be gone even when i wanted to order another glass of wine she was no where to be found so that was upsetting but let's get into the food I ordered lamb chops done medium they came out rare, meatballs they came out cold Navajo bread and I don't understand being half-American Indian why they would put from meat lettuce tomato on it. But I wouldn't suggest that and also I got their famous meatloaf and I would say that that was okay out of everything in the temperature, always good as well but. The worst was when I went to contact the owner and he tried to insult my intelligence by telling me that? I don't know anything about Navajo bread and it seems like I didn't like anything that they had there and I told him that I was part of the Pittsburgh foodies and he laughed and said oh, that's why. And I said, what does that have anything to do with why I'm calling.I was saying that I am a part of them and instead of posting anything negative.I wanted to talk to you about my situation and the whole time he was laughing and Was basically mocking me and even when I talked to him about the waitress, he said oz.She's been here for 10 years and not 1 person has ever complained about her like basically making it was just me and I was the only one that complained ever to him and he kept saying I I don't know what you want me to do I don't know what you're calling. It seems like you didn't enjoy yourself at all. So I don't know what you want me to do. Becais I doubt that you would enjoy yourself if I told you to come back to my restaurant because you didn't seem to like anything anyways and that's not at all what my intentions were. But I can tell you that I highly suggest people not go to this restaurant.Because I've never had a owner of a restaurant.Talk to me and treat me like this.I am appalled at this actually and we spent over a hundred dollars last night. And tip the girl twenty dollars even though she did a horrible job.
