On Thursday, 09/04/2025, I went to this Subway location. The menu displayed said that on Thursdays, the special was the 6' inch Chicken Bacon Ranch meal deal for $6.99 with $3 more for the 12 inch sandwich. So, I ordered a 12 inch Chicken Bacon Ranch meal thinking that, based on the menu, it would cost around $10 before taxes. However, when paying for my meal, I was charged $16.94 before taxes. When I asked about it, I was told that the menu that was displayed was a new menu and it was not in effect yet. I did not see anything that indicated that the menu was not in effect and it seemed odd that a menu that was not in effect would be displayed.
I feel that I was deceived and overcharged and I will not be going back to this location.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE….Yesterday we placed a large order for our son’s baseball away game. 24 sandwiches, chips and cookies.
Just found out this morning the game was postponed until Wednesday.
We tried calling two different numbers and no one answered.
So I rush down to the restaurant to try and catch them before they made the sandwiches and to reschedule for two days later.
I get there and explain the situation and the sandwiches were already made so they didn’t have to make them during the lunch rush. I get that, but when I asked if they could keep them for two days they refused despite the short notice we received from the team.
The person who waited on us yesterday was fantastic and even called me a couple of hours later offering a refund because she rang us up for two additional sandwiches. We appreciated the response and just said, no thank you, just include the extra with the order.
The people working today (manager/owner?) we’re not friendly nor did they seem empathetic to the situation and were unwilling to accommodate.
This restaurant will not be getting a business from us in the future for orders large or small.

I recently visited the Subway store and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick and pleasant visit. The standout feature was their coffee, which is available for just $1. It's an excellent value, especially considering the quality and taste. The store was clean and well-organized, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal or just grab a coffee. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a quick bite and a great cup of coffee without breaking the bank.
Ordered 2 fl subs chicken teriyaki and buffalo styles here for first time but the sub is not prepared/wrapped well and buffalo chicken is not authentic at all and sauce toppings are very less and felt like eating dry vegetables with bread! Didn’t feel tasty at all , so it all depends on what care/how well they do their job for take out orders.. given my bad experience here won’t going to order again from this location.. n don’t recommend here.. P.S: A female associate worked on my takeout order per receipt

I went in with coupons and wanted to get the Philly and the Boss and was told that the coupons are only good for the build your own. The coupon lists a hand-full of the subs that it does not cover and those 2 are not on it. The gentleman was very kind, but said the owner does not allow him to give the discount on anything other than the build your own. I will continue to go to the Freedom Rd Subway that allows the coupons on what I want.

The staff needs to be properly trained on how to make a sandwich…. Toppings end up on one side and meat and cheese on the other, the meat and cheese are not put on the bottom piece of the bread, and I have had incorrect quantities multiple times now. I used to work at a Subway and I was monitored by management a lot closer, especially when I was starting at a new restaurant location. It does make a difference.
