Guido and I were down on Saturday, got couple slices. and I noticed you has a container of tripe in the freezer. That is his absolute favorite. So we buy it, he tries it the next day. He could not stop eating it, he said it is absolutely the best he has ever eaten, he will be back for more!

We had an event for about 15 people and Bridgeside Market did our catering! Their service was AWESOME! And their food was delicious (highly recommend the rice balls!) Would definitely recommend this place and will use them again in the future!
