This place is absolutely outstanding. They’ve been in business since the 80s, and when you walk in, it screams classic charm. I go into some bakeries and everything looks so tidy and boring - this place, you look at the stuff behind the glass and you KNOW it’s gonna be delicious. I had a birthday cake custom made for my wife, and it was perfectly baked. While I was waiting in line to pick it up, I was browsing what was available to munch on - I got an oatmeal raisin cookie for my wife and a pumpkin pie bar for myself - both were delicious. They are so friendly here and I love it. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had a last-minute emergency the morning of my son’s birthday party (today) — our original cake plans fell through, and we were scrambling with just a few hours to go. I called The Ultimate Pastry Shop in a panic, and they absolutely saved the day.
Not only were they kind, understanding, and quick to help, but the cake they provided was beautiful, perfectly decorated, and absolutely delicious. Everyone at the party raved about it — kids and adults alike.
In a world where great customer service is rare, they went above and beyond. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, warmth, and talent.

The ultimate pastry shop is a family run business that truly represents the heart and community of Sewickley. Their cookies and pastries are amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming and the owners are fabulous. Bill made my wedding cake two weeks ago and it was EXACTLY what I asked for and even so delicious. They recommended what would be best for my outdoor reception and the cake was gorgeous, exactly my dream, with so much jelly filling, it was perfect. Delivery & payment made easy, absolutely seamless process and delicious, beautiful cake!!! I am so grateful for Tina & Bill’s attention to detail.
