this place serves bland food for an exorbitant price point. i had high expectations based on other reviews.
my party started with the spicy meatballs which were fantastic.
several people in our party ordered the shrimp. they were nothing extraordinary and they were $26 for 5 shrimp. also ordered the cod which had no seasonings or salt and tasted terrible. the pork chop was fine, but nothing extraordinary. i won’t be back. the food is lackluster given the prices.

Love this spot. The outdoor seating is so cute and perfect for date night and the inside was dimmed and cozy. The service was very slow but when the food finally came out it was good. Will definitely come again

Honesty a disappointing experience. I brought my parents here to celebrate a few occasions but our server couldn’t care less. Most dishes we got were good, but a couple were inedible with excess seasoning, and our server only seemed to care about regulars. I had a good experience here with a couple of friends a month ago but would not come back after this.

Wow! Every bite was a culinary experience. Everything on the menu looked so good it was hard to choose. And our server, Jennifer, was fantastic! She is very likable, pleasant, accommodating, and service oriented. She never made us feel rushed or pressured despite being very busy. We are visiting from NY but we will go back here again.

Came here for a belated birthday celebration with a friend. Highly recommend! Great food and fabulous service. I got the pork chop, which was perfectly cooked and came with a terrific sauce. My friend got the flatbread and the mushrooms as a meal and was very happy. Our waiter was super personable and kept a close eye on everything - I was really impressed by his attention to detail.
Keep in mind that tables do have a 90 minute limit. The hostess came up and very politely reminded us at our time and asked us about dessert. We said no, but they kindly brought us some ice cream with candles to celebrate (just a lovely detail!)
I would 100% come back again and I'd love to check out the patio which looks like a lovely, quiet, natural spot to enjoy dinner.

Food is consistently good. Service very congenial. Space is a little cramped and loud.
Perfect for a dinner date for two. Food and service was exceptional. We will definitely be going back to try some more of the menu!
absolutely incredible food. quiet, relaxed and dark. very intimate place to dine.
The escargot was to die for. the lobster was buttery and perfectly cooked and the cheesecake....well.... I shouldn't have but I'm glad i did. cannot wait to go back!

Went there for a drink and a quick bite to eat , no reservation just looking to sit at the bar. We were told a couple of seats would open soon. Older lady took our phone number , “ I call you when the seats open” 55 minutes later we returned to Vivo, all new people seated at the bar and friends of the old lady waiting for a bar seat after us. Apparently you need to be friends to get a phone call or bar seat. The friends were seated before us . I brought this to the attention of the gentleman at the door, in which he responded “ I have nothing to do with that”. Ummmmm, your jobs to seat people. Bye, will never return again! Worst customer service….
My friend and I met for dinner and had a delightful experience. Our server was personable and very knowledgeable on the menu. I chose the flatbread which was incredibly flavorful and filling and she chose the roasted chicken with purple carrots. It was also very delicious. I would definitely recommend trying this place out and I will definitely get back here in the near future.
Vegetarian options: There were lots of items on the menu marked vegetarian. It is easy to get a meatless option here.
Dietary restrictions: I have some food allergies and our server was very knowledgeable about ingredients in various dishes.

Quaint little Italian restaurant with an eclectic wine list that pushes you to try new things. Everything we had was delicious but I’d highly recommend the spicy meatballs. Great list of Amaro including del capo. Reasonable prices for the location and atmosphere. I’ll definitely go back when downtown.

Stopped in as we were in the neighborhood and thankfully they had a table for us! Melinda was our waitress again and so pleasant and outstanding. BTW best branzino I’ve ever had. Keep up the great work Sam and Lori!
