Just wasted 60$ ordering from this place ! My kids threw their pizza away ! The wings I ordered just looked awful .. I still tried a bite and spit it in the trash …DISGRACE !!! Zero stars

I would normally have given this place at least 3 stars however, my most recent vorder prevents that. I have ordered regularly from this location to have food delivered to my elderly and disabled family members. Normally the food is on par this time around though the chicken Alfredo I ordered was less than sufficient. As soon as the container was opened I got a message wondering about the portion/ serving size being right. As you can see, you can see the bottom of the container without moving any of the food around. This is a problem. I tried to call the store and got disconnected multiple times before resorting to posting about this. This is disgraceful. I would like to give the company a chance to fix this but they don't answer the store phones and all orders go to a call center. I did finally get ahold of the store manager, that failed to provide me with a name, and let them knowabout the situation. I asked specifically about thebquality of tge food and if they thought that the amount was appropriate. I informed the manager manager that instead ofnhaving the food remade that I would have the food brought back in so I could get my money back. They felt that the reasonable response was to hang up on me. Well I guess this is one more company that has employees that will be moving forward without my funds, tips, or business.
In my online order, I left delivery instructions to put it on the chair inside the door (of my business). This was even printed on the ticket. After an hour I went looking for it, and it was on the sidewalk outside the door. All they needed to do was open the door and set it down inside. They didn't even knock. Then I tried to call them, and the store never answered - I tried once using the #2 option of the phone system, and it just rang and rang. I called back and selected #1 (new order), which is now an off-site person. They transferred me to the store, and it rang a lot then disconnected me. So I stopped what I was doing (work) and drove the order back to the store. I've had many good deliveries in the past - there has not been a "history" of problems - not sure what happened this time. But not being able to get someone on the phone to resolve the issue was extremely frustrating.

Make sure you get what you pay for when picking up orders. 3 times in a row didn’t get the topping paid for. Start opening the box there at the store. They can’t read mushrooms, same topping missed all of the orders . Well I learned to check from here on out since they don’t pick up the phone.

I usually order from here all the time because I live so close when I tell you I have been calling the store since yesterday over 30 times no answer… they serve me raw pizza and then when I call them they want to ignore my calls. Mind you they open at 10:30 today. They’ve only been open for two minutes maybe one when I first called. I’m currently about to start working on a lawsuit.

Just ordered today on July 1 2023 imy Pizza took 2 hours to arrive they did not add Pepperoni even doe I asked for extra the pizza was cold as if it had been sitting for 40 minutes they did not ad the two sauces I ordered this was a terrible Service
I love the pizza at Dominos and the staff make it easy to enjoy. Always taken care and the delivery drivers are number one
