Drove the extra couple miles to give this place a shot and I think I found a new local favorite. The pizza was perfect and the service was outstanding! I would say that it's a New York style pie which breaks away from the other local offerings. Also, make sure to bring cash.
I love this mom and pop pizza shop. The Jumbo Pepperoni pizza always perfect, lots of cheese, lots of pepperoni, and just a perfect coat of sauce to add a bit a flavor.Also my wife loves their cheese fry's and is addicted.
First time at Doogie's, Kimber waited on us and wow was she really great!She explained the menu, told us how they will be happy to customize anything, so our pizza is just perfect.So I ordered meatballs on my slice of pizza. Kimber recommended I try the pepper jack when I asked for extra cheese, and so I did! My slice was just perfect?I'm glad Kimber made that suggestion, otherwise I would never have thought to try pepper jack on my pizza ?. Delish!I would highly recommend...
