Very small parking area and drive thru, but manageable. They seem to always be busy but the employees are fantastic and keep the drive thru moving fast. Excellent and friendly service for a quick bite to eat or drink, a great feature to have in the neighborhood.

17 workers on the floor and it still takes 15 minutes to get a basic order. I worked at a dunkin up north that was 3x this stores size and we ran it with 5 people max and sometimes only 3. This location has too many people standing around with thier arms crossed. Standing to only a single station isn't a good idea especially for profits. No reason people can't cover 2 or 3 stations at a time. I've ran front counter, food, drinks and drive thru on my own. What's happened to today's workers?

This drive thru wasn't the stupidest upgrade. The line still wraps around. We could've had a dunkin by the dollar store but the guy who owns this place was an idiot. Everytime I come here my avocado toast is cold, it's never toasted . Its on a plain piece of bread. Then I go to see if they have dunkin buckets, there SOLD OUT but then I see a lady walking out of dunkin with 6 of them in a bag!!!! How is that right??? How is it not 1 per car. Then you'll see them being resold on Facebook. There's no point of selling them if you can't prioritize it.

Always a good time. Cheap, classy casual place to meet up with friends for a Cold Coffee... well Iced coffee I guess. Bring back the meal deal though!
Everytime I come here it's gets worse and worse....they really need to train the employees on the menu and how to make the small selection of drinks you actually have....the menu is so small you would think it wouldn't be hard to learn...at this point I feel like I'm wasting my money there because even when they try to remake the drink it still comes out terrible...I'd rather spend the extra gas and drive to Saint Clair or danville.....this place is a dump....don't let the remodeling fool you....a business can only be as good as the employees it hires and yours can't even make your drinks...support a locally owned business over this

Shamokin dunkin is probably my least favorite out of all of them....terrible menu...they never get any of the stuff you see advertised....the service can deff be better..staff tends to have an attitude(not all of them) and the drinks aren't made well in comparison to other dunkins in the area...I mean don't get me wrong I still go here from time to time...but I don't spend as much as I do at other locations....
