Fisher's Boston Pierogies

I like alot of their different flavored pierogies. The traditional potato and cheese are my go to. I wish the cottage cheese ones wern’t so watery… please press out some liquid before making the mixture. I loved coming in to have Deb wait on me. She is awesome especially with kids. I’ll never forget the story she told me on planting a jelly bean the night before Easter…. A lollipop will grow the next morning.

Love the variety of pierogies they have. Well worth the trip to Shamokin.

Great place to get multiple styles of pierogies

These pierogis are the BEST. The employees treat you like family. So friendly! We placed our order the day before and glad we got enough to share with our family.

Let’s just say I’ve eaten pierogies all my life and these are by far the best. Not even a close second . There are so many different options to choose from. I’m gonna have to keep going back to try them all.

Best shop for pierogies I have come across in PA yet, extremely friendly staff. The cost is justified as you will not find better “church pierogies” anywhere in the state. Drive an hour plus to stock up every time but is well worth the trip, if you’re looking for high quality pierogies this is the place to stop. As a disclaimer make sure to bring cash/check (no card option) and a small cooler if buying in bulk.

This is a little stop to grab all your favorite perogies. They offer many different kinds for example potato, cottage cheese, cheese steak, and many seasonal options. You can buy them by the half dozen+ and the price depends on the type you purchase. My go to are always cottage cheese. I typically make them in a frying pan over butter.
