In the past the food was delicious and the service was fine (except for today). I placed my order, 45 minutes later, the email was still saying "preparing" so I drive down figuring it would be ready soon. I arrived and was told it was ready, so I paid the $37.00 bill..then the employee said it wasn't ready and that I should have called! When I asked the young employee about my order she was immediately rude, going off in all different unnecessary directions! I defended myself, then tried to let it go but she continued with her rudeness! Refusing to accept this horrible treatment, I insisted on my money back and left! Never Again!!!

The cook is amazing always will come back for him but the shitty customer service when they literally will make you wait almost an hour for your food without calling you after specifically asking them to let you know if it will not be done due to plans you have and they say yes. well when you come to pick up you have to wait an extra 15 minutes after the time it was suppose to be done, have a rude ass cashier try and tell you well you should have contacted us. I did and you said it would be done but instead it wasn’t.

Avoid ordering during peak hours. Ordered General Tso chicken and GT Tofu on 9/27. So over cooked it was inedible. The tofu was just a fried shell with nothing inside. Usually pretty good. Not this time.
