I like this location because it’s very close to me. I drink decaf coffee but every time i order the coffee is ALWAYS cold. I don’t know if it’s because a lot of people don’t drink decaf but it’s ridiculous that i always end up getting cold coffee just because someone doesn’t want to make a Fresh brew

So it's 608 and Dunkin' donuts opens at 6:00. They are serving the drive-thru people but the lobby is still closed. How is that fair? Because I don't have a car I get penalized? The workers are rude, they can't speak English, and they get annoyed when you come up to the counter to order. Oh sure needs to come in because they're bathroom has been shut down for 6 months they don't know people use the bathroom. how you going to own a business and not fix your bathroom for 6 months? THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO THEIR OWN COUNTRY IF THEY'RE GOING TO BE IGNORANT AND RUDE

This Dunkin location in Sharon Hill has good Dunkin food but the customer service is bad. When trying to get a staff members attention giving out an order in the inside pick up line. She tells me to wait a minute, then noone helps me out for awhile. While the only item I've ordered was a iced coffee that was sitting on the counter as soon as I walked in. I still didn't get no help for a while. So I just grabbed the Ice Coffee and confirmed my name on the cup and I just left. I rather go to a different location to deal with better customer service.

I was at the drive-through waiting to place my order. I can hear someone talking to another person. Nobody ever asked me if I needed help. I ended up placing a mobile order. I pulled out of the drive-through line and park my car to walk to the door at 5:30 PM To the door being locked. Why is the store closed in the middle of the day when I advertise hours said that they close later?

My kid go to school not to far from here and since Monday April 7th I been coming here between 4:45pm and 5:20pm and the door seem to be locked I came everyday from Monday to Friday and I’m actively here now Monday april14 8:50am . I came in to ask what time do they lock the door. The cashier was mad at me for having just a question said back “so you not ordering” I said nvm and walked away and asked for assistance from someone else . Which I think I was help I was told they close at 60pm then she said 8pm the said no wait 7pm then she asked someone else and said 8pm I stated I come here every day during the week just to get my kid a donut and asked will they be open today at 5pm she said yes! I walked out and quickly walked back in to use the restroom and I walked back in to they talking ABOUT ME ! All I know is I will be here at 5 pm and I better be able to get my kid the damn donut.
