Love it here. Everyone is always so kind and polite. I work near here and get it for lunch often, and it never disappoints! Very high quality and generous portions. Everything is good but I especially recommend the salmon platters, the combo fries, the jerk chicken salad, and the sides (specifically the spinach and broccoli, they're crazy good).

The price on grub hub with a tip cost less. I asked about the price and the guy said thats how it is. That makes no sense. A cheesesteak online on grub hub cost 10.50 and in person 13.00. Will not be back. My total on grubhub was $22 including tip and fees and 29.00 at the store for two cheesesteaks.

horrible customer service, food wasn't good for how much it is.. definitely won't be ordering here again just off the customer service experience alone

First time dining in and the prices on the menu aren’t correct plus’s there’s a card surcharge even if you’ve spent over $25 for take out. The meal I ordered is $19 on their menu. I ordered a drink and one dessert. This turned into $37. I’m still trying to figure out how that price came about given the price of each item by how it’s listed on your menu plus tax.

The attitudes and poor customer service in this place is beyond insane. First off the only reason why I've continued to support this place is because when it's good it's GREAT. When it's not it's horrible. It's a hit or a miss. Here recently the chicken is rubbery, completely chewy. Other times it's perfect. However the customer service is always HORRIBLE. The owners especially that woman has the worse attitude towards her customers. Please don't expect to be greeted upon walking in, don't expect a how can I help you or a can I take your order. They will stare you in your face as if you are a bother. The portion size are beyond reasonable. The price is also very reasonable. Please don't ever change the rice. I'm not willing to spend another cent in this place until the quality of the chicken is fixed and the attitudes adjusted

I ordered the fish platter with fries and broccoli. The fish patties weren’t fresh flounder but frozen patties that I could have gotten from Gordon’s and the broccoli was over cooked,

Ordered from this place countless times over the years and the food is overpriced but really good! Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this place for delivery after a poor experience.

We placed an order for 4 platters and got an EMAIL, not a phone call like a decent restaurant would do, telling us that a whole platter was not able to be fulfilled. This happens to even the best restaurants but normally they would call and say “hey, something you ordered isn’t available. What would you like instead?” Instead, an easy-to-miss email came through 10 minutes after I placed the order so I called Slice and they were happy to help but the restaurant REFUSED to replace the platter because my order was already packaged and waiting for the driver. They said I would have to place another order along with the additional delivery fee and tip. I spent over $90 at this place and they can’t just make another platter and ask the driver to wait for it or get another driver to take both?! After I’ve been coming there for years?! Yeah, no. In 2024 I’m not giving business to businesses that don’t value my money nor my time.

I actually paid 24$ for a fish platter. It came straight from the box. I enjoyed their food before but not anymore. I recommend they take the flounder box fish off the menu

Today was my 2nd time going to lagos island and the food was very enjoyable. Last time i got wings this time i ordered Jerk Chicken and Salmon Alfredo. Unfortunately it was so good i forgot to take a picture. However, i will be returning again to try another item on menu. On both experiences iv had pleasent conversations/interactions with the staff and owner. Every time they were in a good mood, happy to serve you and happy to engage with you. You walk in to peace and walk out with peace. Which is needed in this world currently. Thank you Lagos for your amazing food and service ?
