DO NOT support this business! I gave them three chances and each time I was treated as if they don't even want to be open. The guy that answers the phone acts as though he hates the world. I've never seen anything like this. And I can't even say the food is worth putting up with the horrible service b.c the fried chicken has no taste, it was soggy and cooked in old nasty grease. The baked chicken was so rough...have they never heard of olive oil. How do you operate a soul food place and not know how to cook the basic fried & baked chicken. I'm actually gonna go up there the next time there open which is about 5hrs a week lol, and make sure MiMi is aware of how that guy is treating her customers. I wouldn't let him work there for free!

LOUSY customer service rang the bell 2x's before a lady voice yells be there in a minute. Waited an additional 5 minutes and still haven't seen her. A gentleman eventually comes and says your order will be ready in 5 minutes. Now he's in the back cussing about answering the phone very rude definitely will NOT COME BACK!!! We just spent $50 to get home to have the wrong order UNBELIEVABLE the food was lousy. PLEAE WHATEVER YOU DO SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO THERE. MY FOOD IS IN THE TRASH!!! YUCK NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! SHUT DOWN QUICK!!@@

Have ordered from Mimi's in the past, but will never again deal with them. The best thing they have going for them are their collard greens. However, their service and quality of food has been going down hill. And after tonight's pitiful and shameful service, I will not order from them again. The food was cold,, my fried chicken tasted like it was fried in dirty grease, my husband's salmon was water logged and tasteless, they forget my potato salad. When I called back, they said they would send her right out with it. 45 mins later, still no potato salad. when I called to say something, the man barked at me that they are trying and that I should work with them... Umm... the potato salad should probably have been on the first delivery? He barked at me again, then hung up on me! I called back to talk to a manager and they said he didn't want to talk to me??? I wasn't even being mean! Plus, they get their sweet potato pie from the Shoprite on Island Ave. Which is actually quite good, but I can buy that myself for cheaper.

The food here is Delish!! The Fried Chicken was fried to perfection, and those Ribs.....Oh My, they were that %+*&@ GOOD! All the sides we ordered were just as good also...this is the type of food that will send you to 😴😴😴😴! AWESOME!!!!!

Happened to be driving by and found this gem. The customer service was excellent. Very down to earth staff. Food was great!! I had the meatloaf and my friend had the fried whiting. Portions are a decent and fair size. As are the prices. Very reasonable. I also had sides of mac and cheese, greens, and broccoli. If I could recommend one thing, I would say that they need more variety for beverages. Perhaps a specialty tea, punch or lemonade.
