So this was my second time visiting this establishment and the thing that stuck out most to me was the lack of customer service. The guy at the front is very rude and he comes off very snobbish. I mean he's not polite at all. I figured it was a bad day for him but when I came back again he was just as mean. The food is mediocre and the service is 🗑️. I will never return to this place ever again.

Usually the food is good. Today order lunch special general Tso Chicken with Shrimp fried rice. The cost $11 they went up according to the guy behind the counter. Only got 5 shrimp, the general tso was hard and dry when you bite into it, SMH. Also, the general tso seen to have no chicken just fried ball of nothing.
It's time for a change. Guy at the counter, smh.

Horrible! Just horrible! I ordered a General TSOs chicken costing $12 and got a $7 combination platter that contained pork fried rice instead AND I'M MUSLIM! I let them know about their mistake, and instead of trying to fix it or even partially crediting back the difference, they send me an email saying sorry, we can't give you a refund and we'll try better the next time you visit. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! And the guy behind the counter was a bit rude and didn't provide good customer service. At all. Never again!

a little gloomy in the place he’s a little rude at the counter been he a couple of time my husband like them but i don’t care for them got lunch today was horrible nasty broccoli not cook shrimps not clean and little shrimp and broccoli i got no sauce broccoli was not right just horrible gave me baby shrimp never again
Panda Chinese is my go-to spot for delicious takeout! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Very consistent. Also, the owners are very nice hard working people! Will continue to request this establishment.

reviews on here talk about how their food starting to take a turn for the worst well this is about my fourth time ordering and if I want to order a container of rice with four freaking peas I can make that at home y'all need to start giving people more meat instead of four little pieces I ordered the house fried rice yeah that's exactly what it was nothing but rice and two or three little pieces of meat I don't think I'm going to order from you people anymore large y'all need to give at least six packs of soy sauce I'm ova these places that wanna take money and quantity is close to nothing
