Closed the beer case before the stated time refused to open. What do I work for in my life if I cannot rely on a single posted time I work 16 hour days and the one time I go to use this place they shake their head when I asked, can you open the beer case because it’s before the post time

Customer service is really lacking at this location. Different wawas have different processes regarding food pickup when ordering in app. When I picked up my food I wasn’t sure what area to get it from, when asking the associates one ignored me and walked by and other associates were rude or did not clarify the pick up process.

This is a million dollar business and you won’t hire anyone I’m here with only two people and this place area has major highways and main streets where people are working day and night and we should just be able to come in without an issue but I been here for over an hour waiting for my food and beverage. I’m so annoyed at this point I want my money back. I paid for my food at 12:45 and it’s 1:17 and everyone else got they food except me lmfao all the people who came in with me are gone I’m the only one from that batch that is still in this store I’m so mad right now. I ordered a bbq quesadilla, 1 side didn’t have no meat only bbq sauce one side had a lot of meat and no bbq sauce and the middle had so much meat and little bbq sauce. The meat was watery like it wasn’t drained. My first and last time ordering and shopping at this Wawa what a disappointment.
