First time being at this DQ this week and it was a phenomenal experience. I ordered online since my order was very large and I went inside to grab my food and the ladies were SO NICE!! I am 38 weeks pregnant and having the worse day and filled with tears as soon as I walked in. . You know, just a very emotional day! I would give this location 10 stars if I could. I stop in almost everyday for lunch. Everyone from the manager down is wonderful. Everyone is always smiling and just as sweet as can be. Somedays I go there just to see a happy face. They have never let me down. Thank you all at the hermitage dairy queen. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed
This is my favorite location around here. The people are very pleasant and helpful and the food is delicious!
Parking: There are limited spaces to park, but usually not a problem as they serve quickly and aren't always busy.
