I had delivery, and Timothy always takes longer to deliver and food is always cold. Last time I got sandwich which were toppled and I had to put it together in order to eat. He isn't very pleasant either. Next time I want to place an order I'm asking who is making delivery and if it is Timothy I will not order. Other then that I love Domino's

I had ordered a Memphis barbecue pizza tonight and it was burnt as you see on the first photo and my second photo. I had ordered chicken, bell pepper and With Alfredo sauce and instead of them giving me chicken, they gave me ham and I don’t eat pork
I insisted on talking to the manager today. He was not very helpful. He couldn’t understand me I asked can I talk to somebody that can Talk English because he didn’t know what I was saying and I didn’t hardly know what he was saying today and the service that I got today at SHARON Domino’s Pizza was horrible. I didn’t like it and I don’t know what I’ll be ordering back from them in a while then he told me to bring the pizza back that the one that has pork on it. You’re not supposed to be doing that.

I tried to order in the app, and the order did not go through. However, my payment went through TWICE. But not the order. So I paid twice for no food. When I called the store, the only response I got was, "Do you want to place an order?" And then telling me there was nothing they could do about the charges, and if I wanted to order the same thing it would cost me MORE because the coupon was online only. No offer of a refund or anything about the app not working. I get that they don't control the app, but they already had my money, in theory. I had to contest the charges at my bank to get my money back. Once again, never got the food. The employee that I talked to just didn't seem to care at all.
