I don't know what happened. This place fell off a cliff. Order's missing items, food not cooked right, so on. Shame.

Ordered cheese stuffed crust pizza no sauce, plain on 2 seperate days. I called my order in to Store in Sharon PA. Verbally Spoke to employee w/ orders. I had to repeat myself & my order 5 times each occasion. Employee could not comprehend that I did not want any sauce whatsoever on my pizza. She kept repeating my order back to me wrong. Both times both pizzas made incorrectly. Both had sauce. There is an English language gap. Time to repeat orientation. Time for managers to teach employees that not everybody likes or wants sauce. Huge language barrier. Its blatantly obvious. If you ever have the privilege to speak w/ employee you'll understand what I am explaining. Not that they care, but took my business elsewhere. Now my pizzas are sauceless just like I ordered them.

I went to pick up my pizza and there wasn't a single employee that was wearing gloves. I was watching them as they touched their faces and dirty surfaces and they didn't wash their hands before touching the pizza.

Pizza is mostly good, sometimes undercooked. Staff is friendly. App coupons don't actually offer any discount, so be sure to check the menu price to make sure it isn't the same. Definitely misleading and deceptive advertising.

Ordered delivery. Driver didn't knock
No idea when it got here, how long sitting outside. Cold. Driver would've gotten another tip, if he'd knocked on the door.

Jimmy the delivery driver is absolutely the best. He's always attentive and punctual. When he's not driving he goes above and beyond in store to help out. Never do I or my family ever see him not working when on the clock. No matter how bad his day is he is always a blessing to everyone. He makes this Dominos special. Domino's in Sharon keep up the good work. Food was tasty only reason for four stars is our original order was incorrect but the manager was great fixed it quick this was a carryout order day. Atmosphere was nice just wish there was enough space for large groups to eat.

Just got the order. Wrong pizza, wrong second order, no dipping sauce. I mean not one thing was correct, NOT ONE. 5-6 yrs ago, this place was just great. Now , STAY AWAY! Let me add a pic of the brownies. Okay, last edit, had to just throw everything into the trash can, so disappointing, can't even let the dogs have some crust.

I rarely leave reviews but my recent experience with Domino's left me completely shocked and deeply disappointed not only because of the poor service but because of the completely unacceptable behavior of an employee named Heather. I originally called to ask about an issue with my order and from the start Heather was rude and dismissive. When I calmly asked for her name so I could speak with a manager later she hung up on me. I called back hoping to resolve things but she became aggressive threatened to have me blacklisted used profanity and hung up again. I was stunned that someone representing a national brand would speak to a customer that way. I then went to the store in person to speak directly with a manager and address the situation face-to-face. Instead of showing any level of professionalism Heather continued with the same rude attitude. When I told her I would be reporting her she replied I don't care do it. Another employee witnessing the situation quietly gave me her name clearly aware of how inappropriate the behavior was. I've been a loyal customer for years. My son has been a very picky eater since he was one and now at seven years old Domino's has remained one of the few places he genuinely enjoys. Because of that I've consistently supported this store. However since it came under new management I've noticed a decline in service but nothing has compared to this recent experience. This goes far beyond poor customer service. It was unprofessional offensive and completely unacceptable. In today's world social media hold a lot of impact on business. You'd expect customer service staff to be respectful and mindful of how they interact with people especially loyal customers. I sincerely hope corporate takes this seriously and holds this location accountable. I also plan to share this experience via my Facebook timeline with others in my community because there are plenty of other pizza places that provide great service without the disrespect.
