Although this store is pretty consistent the inside atmosphere is always the same. A little dirty and on the shady side. A lot of homeless tend to hang out inside but with the addition of rural king it has cleaned up a lot.

Bought a dinner box and chocolate milkshake. Absolutely no lettuce on the big macs. Hardly any big Mac sauce on either sandwich. Fries were cold and soggy. And the milkshake was halfway mixed. I gave this location a chance after the last crappy service we had the last time. They continue to show reasons why I shouldn't. I'll keep going to the Hermitage ones.

Skyler Days Honda Jeremy These were the only three people I observed working for thr nearly 30min I spent at this location for my large Sprite!! The store was crawling with drive thru traffic and customers ordering inside. Although there was a delay in receiving my order....the enjoyment i received from watching this crew multi task and prepare fresh hot food made to order was the most amazing thing I've seen. I hope the most recognizes the extraordinary team they have and compensate them as such!!! Hang in there dream team!!!!!

April 12 2025 1145am. I meet a client at McDonald for lunch. I was the only customer as my client arrived early and already had their food eating lunch. I stood at counter while a woman walked in circles struggling with frie orders for drive thru for 10 minutes. The guy from drive thru came over and asked if I needed anything. I then ordered a coke and was expecting to get a cup to get a drink. I stead I stood there another ten minutes as the only customer inside and then was asked why another employee coming in from some kind of break if I needed anything. I told her I ordered a coke. She then told the guy in drive thru I was waiting for a coke and told me I wasn't aloud to get my drink from the fountain in the dining room that I had to wait for them to get it. So I walked outside to talk with my client and wait for them to out the coke on the counter for me Came back inside and the same lady asked me if I needed anything. I then said I need that coke I ordered. She pointed at two drinks amongst a bunch of other food orders sitting on the opposite counter said it's over there. I felt uncomfortable reaching through other people's food orders to figure out which drink was so I stood there about 3 more minutes and then they finally handed me my drink. I was the only customer inside the entire time.

Placed 2 big Mac meals order, # 214. It wasn't on the board being prepared, a girl came over and asked if we were waited on, I said yes and what we ordered, then they made it to go, I was eating inside. It could be better, won't be back

This is my second time going here, and they were absolutely amazing. I ordered a cheeseburger for my son, and he has severe allergies. They actually wiped down the grill and made him it. I was completely ok with waiting a couple extra minutes for him to have something he could actually eat. Thank you all so much that worked there this afternoon around 1:30pm.
