Too bad you cannot rate as negative stars. This store deserves -5 for a rating. The old woman whom I assume is a manager working today with glasses (working alongside a young girl) was incredibly nasty and rude. The absolute worst attitude ever towards customers including myself. She was interjecting herself into my interaction with her employee who was doing a good job on her own…I guess she couldn’t stand seeing her employee treating a customer with kindness and respect. It was so bad that the young girl was very visibly uncomfortable with the managers actions and attitude. I will never ever go back. I’d rather sacrifice the drive in the opposite direction to go across state lines for a sub served by workers who know how to treat their paying customers.

My family order subs on Saturday we all ended up with food poisoning. My daughter was so bad I had to take her to the ER. Placed my order on line for a specific time still had to wait for it and was 10 minutes late picking up. I always place my order online and still have to wait when I get there. This restaurant is terrible lately. Don't go there

Absolutely ? do not eat here. The young man that was working was a complete A hole. All I wanted was different cheese and he argued with me and told me no. I couldn't pay for different cheese either. Doesn't matter if you're allergic u just can not order it. Period. I will not be back to this location ever in my life. Also we got a turkey wrap they look huge then when you order u get 3 pieces of turkey and a little toppings not worth almost $11. I could go to a restaurant and pay 10 bucks more and get an entire meal. Ridiculous.

Not sure if there's something wrong with the oven but the bread is never fully toasted here and cookies are raw inside... Employees don't really acknowledge you, either.

I was in the location in Sharon PA: 869 E State st. The young man who took my order was great, enthusiastic, made my sandwich perfectly. And the lady who appeared to be his boss was wonderful as well. The place is clean, friendly. Very nice experience. Thank you!

Worse customer service.Went to get a sub from the Sharon Subway . First, had to stand or recognized for 5 minutes while lady organized the "veggies" . Only one other person was there. Then she gets a personal phone call and leaves me to take call. Then tells the guy to hold up a dirty rag as he was getting ready to make my sandwich and NOT change his gloves.

The sign on the door says they close at 9:30 it is currently 9:12 I walked inside to get a sub and I was told that they were closed even though the door was unlocked and that they had now went to winter hours so why are they not posted and why is the door unlocked
