The food is amazing such a great addition to our community to have homemade Italian food, just around the corner!

This restaurant is recently under new ownership. The new owner refused to honor a gift certificate issued by the previous owners.
When I requested to speak with the new owner, Rob, he communicated that the reason he would not accept the gift certificate is because the reimbursement arrangement for gift certificates made between him & the previous owners has apparently expired.
When you purchase a business, the buyer accepts existing liabilities, including gift certificates. He even acknowledged that gift certificates do not expire & despite being given more than one opportunity to accommodate, he did not offer any alternative solution or resolution in any capacity.
Our waiter was great, however, because of this poor customer service experience, we won’t be back.

Excellent food and friendly welcoming staff. Their chicken fettuccini with their homemade cavatelli was amazing. My son had their spaghetti and meatballs and said it was the best he’s ever had and he loves pasta. Beat salad was delicious. The chef came to say hello which was a welcoming unexpected personal touch. Highly recommended.

Honestly, really wasn’t a fan. Spent almost $100 on tough chicken and crab cakes. Cakes were decent, the side accompaniment was squash/eggplant, overcooked to mush, not much flavor. Presentation of the chicken was nice, but it ended there. You could tell the chicken was cheap - woody, earthy tasting, tough. Might come back for some apps at the bar, that’s about it though. Please educate your servers on how to properly pronounce your specials. Just a heads up.

We always love CC's. It's a cozy spot with a warm atmosphere and excellent Italian food. I recommend the beet salad and any of the pastas. We loved the butternut squash ravioli. They source a lot of their foods locally, which we love!

In my opinion, this was mediocre Italian at best (think Italian Village) with Altius prices. Would be much better if higher quality ingredients were used (ie, buy better meats). I’ve eaten all over this country while traveling for work, Seattle to Miami and every where in between, so yes, you can take my word for it. The sauce was good, but a little sweet, again, how blue heads like it. Chicken was not really flavored and tough, indicative of cheaper bird raised on corn. Same with sausage, on the bland side. Not a fan. Food was priced about 30% higher than it should be. Nice atmosphere though.

The new chef is doing a great job. Crab cakes were delicious so was my husband’s butternut squash ravioli. Next time either the meatballs or the bolognese. Wine list is much better too.

The bread and salad dressing was excellent! The chicken parm was breaded nicely, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Chef Robert knocked it out of the park with his homemade sauce, meatballs, cavatelli and bread pudding. Cant wait to come back!

We headed out to dinner with another couple & booked a reservation at CC’s Cafe in Sharpsburg, PA on Saturday, 6/1 and it did not disappoint! We had such a fantastic server, Katelynn. She greeted us with a smile and checked in on us frequently, refilling our drinks and followed up to see how our meals tasted. We started off with a new addition to the menu, the meatball appetizer which was incredible. An Italian family recipe. We split the wedge salad and the house salad! I’m picky about my salads and lettuce content & it was the best salad I have had in over a decade. The homemade Italian dressing was perfection, and no spiny lettuce was detected (my big pet peeve). The bread tasted like Mancini’s and no cold butter packets that don’t spread cold! Loved that it was instead soft, whipped butter. We had the Chicken Marcella on a bed of homemade Cavatelli pasta! Incredible flavor! And ordered the rack of lamb with risotto which was good. Our friends had the Chicken Parm and the Pesto pasta! They both loved their entrees as well. Owner, Chef Rob came out to check on us a couple times, despite being busy cooking! He even wanted us to test out his Tiramisu and Cannoli desserts, which was on the house! Thank you!!! Overall, such an incredible ambiance and dining experience under Chef Rob’s new ownership! We will definitely be back!Delicious!!!!? ?️ ?
