Food, service and atmosphere. They're all great. I love Sharpsburg. I first went to Gino's a couple years ago. People tell me to go there. Everybody in that town likes Gino's. The food's great. You want to have a little small talk while you eat there or wait for your food. It's always good. There's always construction workers and busy people coming in and out at lunch time. Love it. Every time the food has been perfect.

I've been a long time customer at gino Bros I must admit to myself that as with many restaurants and fast food places, they have absolutely gone down hill, the "heavy" kid is as arrogant as can be, comes across like a real want to be tough guy attitude, but naturally only with women and people he thinks he can take advantage of physically with his "weight " advantage, iam forbidding my family from eating at specifically the Sharpsburg location, as they have completely lost my trust, and you can't eat at an establishment that you can't trust with your food, something you are consuming, that is why restaurants and food places must have the highest degree of respect and honor, not like gino Bros Sharpsburg Location, not to be trusted with attitudes like they all seem to have there

I really don't like going online and leaving complaints. I think the food is good, but recently ordered a take out pizza and decided when I got there to have a drink and eat some slices before going home. We bought drinks and opened them and grabbed paper plates and we're about to dig in, when we were told we couldn't eat the pizza there because they were full service. This is after I bought alcoholic drinks and opened them..... So I couldn't eat the pizza, in a damned near empty restaurant, after buying it and opening my drink. The worker communicated this to us in a blunt and kinda douchey way. Why can't I eat my damn pizza after giving you money for it? It's pretty lame and I've given this place my business for years. To not be able to eat a slice of pizza and have a drink in the place you just bought it, is very disappointing. I'd like to curse and not be nice... I'm pissed off....I hate myself for the fact that I have to live this review. I've never had a problem before.

The food here is great WHEN they get your order right , I've been ordering from the sharpsburgh store for over a decade and haven't had Too Many issues other than overcooked chicken Or missing or wrongly added condiments I rarely complained about the one time I did cost me my favorite buffalo chicken pie and sandwich I will admit that I went about it the wrong way when I reordered it online and instead of paying again I gave back the sandwich's they made wrong and refused to pay Since then I've ordered a few times one of which they called back saying I had to pay with a credit card no problem I did Tonight they called me I missed the call I called them back when I noticed they called they sent me to hold and disconnected me Twice, I thought they were on the way waiting 10 minutes before calling back to them telling me they canceled my order because I try to slip through the cracks with online ordering? Like I said I been ordering for 10 years got confirmation emails going back years Never Once had a discrepancy with my payment and our order is around 100$ easy we Always paid cash and we always tip well but They Do Have my card information saved so why they didn't run it if that was the problem ? Now it's closing time so they no longer want my business ?? Because they were wrong ??? I don't know who they have working on their night shift but they should really reevaluate their staff . Because the only thing that slipped through the cracks of my online ordering are the points they claim to give you when you order for bonus coupons because they don't. I gave them 4 for the food because they have good food when they get the order right ,depending on what time or who's working that the service just sucks . That's why I could only give 2 starts
Place was filthy. Smelt musty. Tables were dirty. Didn't even get greeted when we walked in, then we're told we couldn't eat there because they had a private party coming. Maybe they should clean the place and post a sign.

Idk I got a steak wrap it really wasnt great. The bummer for me was I ordered online and they let u pick from the website what topping and condiments u wanted. Well there were a couple that I unchecked bc I didn't want them, but i still got a wrap w everything on it. And yeah like I said wasn't the best wrap maybe that just isn't their thing. Meat a little well done.

Above average pizza,beer prices ok. The fact that the owner comes in and sets at the bar and screams at the top of his lungs at a soccer game was enough for me to not go back. If you're there and he comes in l suggest you put some earplugs in. Talk about lacking self awareness,or l guess if you own the place it's ok to act that way
