Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel chair accessible entrance, but as in my input on McDonald's, I wish they'd place a button to assist those in wheel chairs to access the doors.
I was so excited to relish in the new Wednesday whopper but they Don’t have purple buns, defeats the entire purpose. Guess I’ll go to McDonald’s where they have Halloween buckets

Unfortunately their service and food have gone downhill over the last few years. Most of the time when I'm stopping by, it's usually for a drink, as if you were to order a whopper, French fry and a drink it's nearly $13.00 +. It may be fast food but certainly not cheap. And I personally feel that as their convenient the price certainly doesn't match the quality anymore. And the biggest drawback, is nearly 73% of the time they don't have their specialty drinks or the shake machine is down. Plus, keep an eye on the change you're due. Three times in one week they shorted me $5.00. And once you leave and realize their mistake, good luck getting your money back.
Parking: They do have handicap parking that are conveniently located near the entrances.

Very bad experience waited 20mins in line with only one other car infront of me finally got my food it was horrible it was cold and my shake was completely melted I will never go there again

ordered 4 double cheeseburgs off the value menu, 1 regular whopper and 1 original chicken sandwich (both sandwich only) to go. The girl hands me the bag and off I go. Upon returning home, I open the bag to find 1 whopper, 1 original chicken, 1 bacon king (whatever that is) and 1 small fry??? I thought for a second I was at mcdonalds (AND no receipt in the bag)

Staff was very nice and patient as we had a large order. I was impressed that the woman at the counter took her time to make sure that the order was correct! The only suggestion I have is that there should be more BBQ sauce on the Rodeo burger!
