When welcoming someone through the speaker at the drive thru, it would be nice to if the employee was ready to receive the order. I was very specific I had to repeat the meal choice after stating I wanted onion rings but instead I got fries. Be more prepared to take order. If you’re going to repeat the order wrong back to the customer. At least use words that sound similar

Lunch and dinner food always seem cold. I always get indigestion and stomach aches like the food has been sitting out too long. Breakfast is the best meal there.
