The staff is nice, but they regularly forget to add the sauce for nuggets or any side sauces for my order. Also had a hair in my burger a few weeks ago. Other than that it's not bad. Better than other burger kings that I have gone to.

When welcoming someone through the speaker at the drive thru, it would be nice to if the employee was ready to receive the order. I was very specific I had to repeat the meal choice after stating I wanted onion rings but instead I got fries. Be more prepared to take order. If you’re going to repeat the order wrong back to the customer. At least use words that sound similar

Prompt courteous and precise was the service. Very accommodating and polite are the staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel chair accessible entrance, but as in my input on McDonald's, I wish they'd place a button to assist those in wheel chairs to access the doors.
