When welcoming someone through the speaker at the drive thru, it would be nice to if the employee was ready to receive the order. I was very specific I had to repeat the meal choice after stating I wanted onion rings but instead I got fries. Be more prepared to take order. If you’re going to repeat the order wrong back to the customer. At least use words that sound similar

Prompt courteous and precise was the service. Very accommodating and polite are the staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel chair accessible entrance, but as in my input on McDonald's, I wish they'd place a button to assist those in wheel chairs to access the doors.

Unfortunately their service and food have gone downhill over the last few years. Most of the time when I'm stopping by, it's usually for a drink, as if you were to order a whopper, French fry and a drink it's nearly $13.00 +. It may be fast food but certainly not cheap. And I personally feel that as their convenient the price certainly doesn't match the quality anymore. And the biggest drawback, is nearly 73% of the time they don't have their specialty...
