Stopped here on my way home back to Maryland after watch the wrestling tournament at Misericordia U. The resturant was clean and my food was ready fast.

I’ve had several poor experiences at this location. Specifically in the evening, they seem to be under staffed or poorly trained as the drive thru line takes 15-25 minutes on multiple occasions after 8pm. Workers should not be dealing with customers at the window if they cannot be polite and speak to customers. I’ve had multiple occurrences of a worker being rude or literally not even saying a word to me as they open the window and just shove my food out of it. This used to be my favorite location, but in the last couple of years it’s really gone downhill. Not to mention! I’ve had them mess up specific details of an order also. Pure carelessness. And a worker even “apologized” to me once, her words, “sorry i’m just dumb”.

The place was gross very dirty. Worker name Autumn was very rude and was being very disrespectful to other workers. And threatened to trespass me because I was asking for someone at the front counter after waiting for TEN MINUTES I was getting just a soda. SMH dont come here to have a good experience.

The place is an absolute joke with the drive thru anymore. Today all 4 drive thru spots have cars waiting for food, all 4 curbside spots have cars, and the cars in line are getting serviced while we’ve been waiting 15 minutes each.

I live in Dallas, PA as usual ordered several times a week for dinner, the staff at 8:04 PM, Sunday 05/18/2025, was the only one in line and the girls supposed to dispatch did not speak to me to tell me something or what, I simply wasted 6-7 minutes waiting for my order, the fries were cold, and the sodas served a while ago without the effect, I was missing my hamburger without mayonnaise and without lettuce, they did everything backwards, not counting the countless times I happily ordered food and came home to my son without toys. Please pay more attention to what your customers order and better customer service.
Watch your receipt after you order. I had to repeat why I said, and somehow that gave them the initiative to repeat the order on the receipt, but the sad part is they gave me two meals of which they come with hashbrowns, but they only gave me one hash brown.

the reason I gave 3 stars its because as we order this location on mobile, I got the chicken nuggets but not even bbq sauces in it. we literally just got the bbq with it and employees doesn't understand the order. This location just forgets everytime about the order. So I would suggest to check the bags for any missing stuff if your ordering on mobile or any other.

What once was a nice building is not disgusting! Messy floors, filthy tables, no table tent service instead they scream at you. Avoid! Go to Wendy’s or Burgerking! Owners would be ashamed. 5 years ago this place was clean.
