The food is always great here, but dear god, they don't pay these kids enough!! The employee who took care of my order was here alone and had to take the orders of an entire college bus that pulled up by himself. Somehow, he was polite the whole time. I praise the resilience of the staff that stay here because they just aren't making enough to deal with the stress of the busyness of this spot. For being the second most popular fast food place in America, 12/hr just ain't worth their time.

I was almost closing on a Thursday and a friendly young man treated me with excellence trying to speak Spanish. The best fresh products, the restaurant is very clean.

Tried calling to get information on an order,a male person answered,then got hung up on. When I tried back it rang forever and went to fax. If this is any indication of CS,no orders from me.?
It was a bit awkward in there but the one person that was there, worked pretty damn well.

Girls were very polite efficient and quick with making the sandwich. As soon as we entered they saw we had a coupon.They quickly let us know that only certain coupons were being accepted by that facility. Sandwich was packed with all sorts of good things. Bun was toasted perfectly. The girls also informed me that I could have two cookies in place of the bag of chips in the meal deal. Knowing we were splitting a sandwich offered to cut it in half and wrap them separately. That's what got this place the five stars most people wouldn't have even offered. Side note bathrooms are handicapped large and clean.
Vegetarian options: They will custom make an item for you
Parking: They're only about seven spots. It is a small Subway on carverton Road

Every month we receive coupons in the mail and now understand most of the coupons are not honored at this location. An employee told us each owner decides which coupons to honor. The staff is polite but disappointed that they didn't have the Italian Herb, our only choices were multi grain and Regular Italian. Plus the multi grain was not fresh, probably one to two days old. There are definitely better options for Subs in the area.
