I ordered two burgers with only mustard and the workers lied about it and just gave me ketchup and pickles. I can understand mistakes, but when they say at the drive thru that the order's correct, it's insulting.

All I wanted was a chocolate shake. Came inside, used the kiosk, paid for it, then waited 15 minutes before they addressed my order. Was ready to walk out. Never go their again. This location sucks.

Very shit customer service. Asked if I could sub out a drink that was cheaper which was a soda and I fill my sodas 25% up soda and 75% water also was cheaper then the SpongeBob pinapple one bc I have a stomach condition and pinapple burns my stomach. They said no and said their system wouldn’t let them. Then I asked if they could do it as a special request and they said no.then they said I couldn’t get a fries or ice cream bc the machine was broken. When I asked for a manager they put a kid on that was clearly high and couldn’t speak right was also rude. I looked it up on Google if Burger King is aloud to sub items and they said yes within reason. I was gonna be spending about 70$ total here and happy they were rude. Drove 30 mins to the Burger King kulpmont they were very happy to accommodate my stomach condition.

I've had more wrong orders at this restaurant than anywhere else before. The staff is more concerned with flirting with each other and playing on their phones. I was literally told that the kitchen was too busy to add a single plain cheeseburger to my order. Went inside and guess what, the place was packed!! Oh wait...no it wasn't, it's was completely empty. No excuse.

My 1st and last experience with this establishment. The employees behind the counter were focused more on their personal conversations (swearing), on their cell phone, and less attention to the quality of the food they were preparing. The supervisor didn't seem thrilled to correct anything that was happening. My sandwich had missing ingredients and the fries were cold. These employees should get it right the 1st time if they ever want their patrons to keep coming back.
