Someone's order was wrong and the counter worker gave a bad attitude to the customer. Didn't feel welcomed there at all.. like I said they only want to help the DRIVE THRU

Had to repeat my order to a second worker for some unknown reason. Then I received chocolate milk being passed as a shack. Fries cool and squishy lacking any crisp and ranch packet was discolored and unpleasant. Absolutely my worst BK experience to date, so much so as to force this rating. I'm 46 and this is my first and only negative review ever. Yep SMH today's youth.

I visit there often. Sometimes waits are longer but the managers and staff are so pleasant. I will wait longer for fresh food anytime. Some days you can see they are short handed but that’s everywhere. Very pleased coming to this location

My girlfriend get sick every time i order from them and they acrewed up my order three times while ordering from the app and told me they cant do nothing about refunding me when i called because when i ordered threw the app to have delivered it comes threw as doordash order

So I visited this location multiple times and normally don’t have any issues. Tonight I show up in the drive thru and notice I’m one of the only people there. So I say my order then all of a sudden I’m told “oh we can’t make burgers at all tonight. We can make everything else just not burgers” now I’ve never heard of a Burger King running out of burgers before but alright. So I order a hersheys pie slice, large fry and large doctor pepper and it is what it is. Then after sitting at the window for 15 minutes I finally get my food and get home and by then I’m settled down enough to realize there’s no drink and no pie and in the bag is just a small fry and small mozz fry. I’m extremely disappointed to be honest
Ever since Elle left as General Manager, the new team doesn't care. Service sucks anymore, and they will actually turn people away and not take orders when backed up

I usually don’t make reviews but this experience was just horrendous. I ordered my food for pick up right before I pulled in. Then, I waited 20 minutes to pick up my food through the drive thru! my food is all cold. Not to mention they messed up my sandwich order.

While most of the people are nice, the wait time is usually pretty horrendous. I can ignore the wait, understanding it gets busy. but it’s super upsetting to get home and find out all of your food is messed up after waiting 30+ minutes. The sweet tea always tastes rotten also, makes me wonder how old the tea is and how well or often they clean the container.
