This review is regarding a replacement pizza from this location. My mother was eating the replacement pizza and pulled out a long strand consistent with hair from one slice. Only that slice had been touched.
After calling the store a second time, the interaction with management was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was placed on hold and then contacted from a different number rather than the store line, and I was accused of being dishonest instead of the issue being addressed.
I offered to return the pizza in person, which I did later that evening. Despite the circumstances and the repeated food issue, I was not given a full refund for the order.
At that point, my family no longer felt comfortable consuming the food. This experience raised serious concerns about both food handling and how customer issues are managed.

I ordered delivery from this location and found a long strand consistent with hair baked into the pizza (photo attached). I contacted the store and was sent a replacement pizza, but unfortunately the replacement also appeared to contain hair.
When I called the store again, the situation was not resolved and I was made uncomfortable by how it was handled. At that point, I no longer felt confident consuming the food.
This experience raised serious concerns for me about food handling and customer service. I’ve contacted corporate and hope the issue is reviewed.

The food wasn't bad just not up to the usual great standard I asked for normal sauce but think I got light sauce and think they did a thin crust instead of hand tossed

Love their food employees do amazing jobs rushing around manager helps with orders you can see it’s hard on them because u get people who do fake orders or complain to try and get free food so it slows them down but watching these employees do the orders and double check them including once it’ done the drivers double check just to make sure the order is correct is awesome I feel like the manager should ban these repeated customers faking complaints or ask for the food back that was allegedly made wrong or they don’t get nothing remade simple as that

My daughter is allergic to dairy and gets very sick if she eats it. We ordered a vegie pizza without cheese and the staff was very accommodating and my daughter finally got to eat some pizza!!
Food is always ready on time. People are friendly, accommodating and professional. Never had a bad pizza.

Placed my order at 10:47 pm, tracker said JOSE started prepping my pizza at 1048. I live 10 minutes from Dominos and at 1147 I called them and no one answered the phone currently on hold for 5 minutes still no one has answered the phone. They close in 12 minutes what's the guess there will be no pizza and they took my money.

The place was empty and the stations were filthy. I asked for the loaded chiken and they were smaller than the regular chicken nuggets. Pizza is not like it used to be,flavorless and thinner than the peperoni slice when i asked for thick crust. Just by looking at the work place how filthy it is i can tell they have no respect for the food at all. We are paying customers we deserve better.

Ordered 5 pizzas and the parmeasen garlic bread balls, only 4 of the pizzas and the garlic bread balls were delivered. Called to get it corrected the delivery guy stated it was delivered with the others it was NOT. Said they would have a new one delivered. I waited on my porch for an hour no delivery. I called back to ask about it they said it was delivered I said it was not I have been on my porch since I called. the delivery guy called me a liar over and over said he banged on the door all the lights were off no one answered. The lady I was talking to asked if maybe he went to the wrong address he swore he didn't. He kept calling me a liar. The lady said we'll someone is playing games with me I said we'll it isn't me I have been standing out front waiting. poor customer service....

Whole crew needs to get fired they do not know how to make a pizza if there lives depended on it and it’s honestly sad that they think that’s it’s so hard and that they have such bad days when they can’t even make a god damn pizza the right way, do I need to go there and show them idiots how make a pizza the right way?
