My pizza was messed up called and they were very rude
One large pizza takes an hour and fifty five mintues to be delivered. The price and the amount of time is not worth it.
Food was horrible I ordered the chicken and broccoli Alfredo and the noodles were like mush and had no flavor. And onto of all that I waited for like 45 minutes for my food and it wasn’t worth the wait at all people don’t waste your time the best part of all of it was my Diet Pepsi..
Listen the problem is they never give you the same product Everytime ....We ordered a steak stamboli with mushrooms , onion and peppers with cheese ....And two salads well the dressing only had vinegar no oil ,,Second the stamboli had no cheese or peppers not at all why ? No more ordering till they get stuff right ...
I love this place..Hands down best sweet slice in PA .. All the food is delicious, fair prices and lemon pepper wings on point
The price for pizza isnt bad i started buying there its good
There original style is very close to a actual Brooklyn pizza
Order a pizza and it took more then an hour to get to be delivered, the price is fine, but my dad didn't like the pizza, he said it was salty and just ate 1 slice. To me it was pretty fine but idk.

The wings are a good size. The price is decent. And I think the cheesecake might be homemade.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

Changing my review from 4 to a 2 after ordering from here many times. Most of the food I would rate a 2. Nothing at all special or too good about it, it’s a mix between “alright” and “just no.” but it’s one of the rare places to order from in the area so I really only ordered here out of convince. The prices are absolutely outrageous. I make decent money, so I don’t mind spending, but not for the food I’m receiving. I get it- when you order a small salad it’s going to be, well, small. But for 10 dollars? I could hold the amount of lettuce given in my hand. It actually threw me through a glitch when I saw how small it was. Then I remembered it was a whooping 10 dollars and I just sort of laughed with a mixture of disbelief and confusion. A cheese fry is a ridiculous 7+ dollars. I find their hoagies to be mostly bread, way too thick and often soggy, like they soak it in butter. I know some people like thick rolls for a hoagie so this could be a personal preference, but don’t expect to get anymore than a few scraps of meat to go with your ball of moist dough. The people are fine, pleasant enough, so it’s a shame the quality of the food has such a low caliber. It all comes down to the below average food being sold at comical and hefty prices.

absolutely atrocious, amateurish, and absurd.ordered a veggie sub with sweet peppers and mushrooms. now, i’ve been vegan for many years and never realized that a pepperoni was a vegetable! so, after nearly vomiting we called to ask if we can get it replaced. “can’t you just pick it off?” no, doesn’t work that way…well, the woman on the phone didn’t know what to do. she said she had to call the manager and would call us right back. so, 20 minutes later when she didn’t call back we called them back. the manager didn’t answer, apparently, but she has a baby and nobody else has the authority to correct an improperly made order.so 10 minutes later, the woman calls back and said they made another one… would have preferred a refund, maybe even an apology, but was offered neither. replacement was it. we asked if they can deliver it. nope, the delivery guy wasn’t there. so my wife walks up to get it. was this one right? we’ll never know. the delivery driver—who wasn’t there—reappeared and took it who-knows-where.with apparent carte-blanche to correct mistakes now, the woman authorizes a third attempt. third time is the charm, after all, right?not so much. my final product… lettuce, onion and a single tomato slice on bread. by this point it was after 10:00, so it was pretty much a lost cause with nothing gained but the the resolve to just go to francesco’s next time.
Vegetarian options: they evidently consider pepperoni to be a vegetable.
Dietary restrictions: attempts make a simple customization result in “can’t you just pick it off”
