The food is the best and they always give my dog a big slice of roast beef they are friendly and nice staff clean place in and out fast and nice service I rather eat here then other fast food chain but there are only 2 left in Reading sadness in me

Went there to try the new cheesesteak, bought a cheesesteak meal and a solo cheesesteak. Everyone saying it’s meatier, well mines were not! For a few more bucks go somewhere else for a cheesesteak. And the fries were cold!!

We went there yesterday. We got two sandwiches and a large curly fry $16. The fries were cold. The one sandwich was cold for $16. I would expect a lot better and the quality of food plus there wasn’t even that many fries for a large fry we totally get ripped off we will not be returning

Usually the best fast food service around. Management obviously does their job well and it makes me happy to have a budget dining experience.
When the long-time manager is present, this is one of the best Arby's locations for customer service & expediency. When he's not, it's hit or miss, depending on whether new staff are being broken in or not ;) But it's still usually good. It's clean and kept after, and the atmosphere is very nice for dining in (which I only do occasionally anymore - always on the run).
