Domino's Pizza

Placed an order Saturday night through the app, order went through and they took my money, the order never arrived, I called monday to get my money refunded, the lady says shes gonna put her manager on the phone, you can hear her in the back talking to someone im assuming was the manager, to which they then hang up the phone on me. I call again Tuesday, to which they say theyre gonna call the manager and call me back. Never got a call back. Dude just give me back my money for the order you never even made, what's the issue?????

This location sucks….. 50 minutes to deliver…. Never answers the phone

If you order from here just pick it up or your food will be cold

I ordered my food on line when I went to pick it up and pay for it all I had was a 50 dollar bill in my wallet so as soon as I took it out the employee comes out and tells me that they can't take a 50 bill that it's company policy so I told him that it's all I have in my wallet and he told me to go to the supermarket next door to get Chand that's a inconvenience why should I have to go somewhere else to get chang and I told him that they were going to stay stuck with the order and guess what they were I will never order from here again

I ordered online. The app said my driver was 3 minutes away n then it said it was complete. I NEVER got my pizza. N then when I called they said they was closed

This is a good place for Dominos Pizza.
Food tastes good. My kids love it.
The Hand Made pizza is very soft crust and tastes so good but it only comes in Medium size.
Large pizza with 5 toppings is Manger's Special pizza in this location. This coupon be always available.
Sometimes they mess up in giving the pickup order when they have lot of orders. By mistake they gave wrong pizza 2 times for me but when I call back they gave me a free pizza for next time. The other time, they gave me the fresh pizza again for the mistake they made but I had to pick it up again as my order was pickup only.

Service is good. In the peak hours, many people work here to make the orders fast.
They do delivery with extra charge.

Their mobile app is easy to use and place order with all available coupons. We can let them know that we are heading inside from the app itself, for the online orders.
All kind of payment options are available. Through app, mostly I prefer gift card option as we can buy gift cards from other stores or apps with the discounted price.

The order can be placed through app with scheduled time also but gift cards can't be used for such orders. No cash payment for online orders. Gift cards can be used for mobile orders with ASAP pickup only.

They do have dine-in available.
They have restroom also inside the restaurant but no direction sign available but it is at the end of the store which next to the pick up area OR next to the beverages machine.

Vegetarian options: All type of veggies such as onions, tomatoes, spinach, pineapple, mushrooms, bell peppers etc.

Parking: Lots of Parking available as this restaurant is residing in a complex.

Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are manually operable. We have to pull the 2 doors to get inside.
I didn't find any button to push for wheelchair accessibility.

Ordered food at store qnd was made fast and very fresh had large new yorker with pepperoni and mushrooms,extra cheese. Was amazing.

Food has gone down hill the past few months. The customer service is also horrible now. It's disappointing because it's the only pizza our family likes, but it looks like we will be settling for Pizzahut. We waited almost an hour for our food that said 36 minutes for delivery, then some of the food was burnt. They offered to resend it, so here we are almost an hour later waiting on our replacement food. We only live 5 minutes from the store. Get it together DOMINO'S!!!Tried again, 4/20/24 waited almost 2 hours for burnt cold food!! It doesn't let me post the pictures but I definitely got them.
