The owner, Glen, sold me homemade peanut butter that was made from peanuts that were old. When I opened the container the peanut butter had a rancid smell and flavor. Not a product you would want to eat or save to guests. When I attempted to return the product and explain the problem Glen's response was there was no way the peanut butter could be made from stale peanuts - essentially calling me a liar. I asked him to smell the product for himself which he refused to do without providing any explanation as to why he wouldn't. Glen did offer a replacement, however, I refused to accept the offer after being ridiculed for returning a product that never should have been put out to sell. Great job Glen! You showed me what your business truly stands for - which isn't much, and you lost at least two customers. Hopefully you'll lose many more.

Today I picked up 22 challah breads. I have never dealt with someone so helpful, in not only the order but in helping me research the best sizes to order and the most economical options. The breads were beautiful, tasty and I will never stop shopping Kate’s Bread Basket! Thank you so much for helping me to throw an amazing B’Not Mitzvah!
