Ordered 3 cheesesteaks. 2 were incorrect. Overral taste. 4/10

After awaiting delivery order for 60 minutes. Called the store to be told the food was delivered to the wrong address and it would be re-made. Immediately realizing they close in within the hour, they called me back to tell me I couldn’t have what I originally ordered because the grills were no longer in use. Only offered me something else or to be refunded for the one item. I typically never have issues & enjoy their food. Tonight I am just unhappy with the customer service

We were just there for lunch, and as soon as we placed our oder, about 50 teachers from the area came for lunch. The staff did AMAZING producing food fast and delicious! Super impressed!

Food is good but rude unprofessional workers. I order here pretty regular, the one time they don’t have what I asked for I told the young girl ok never mind. She hung up immediately on me did not say bye have a good night anything just ended the call right away. The girls wear tight clothes looking like they just came from the gym. Not a good group of workers, makes me not need to buy anymore from here needs better training & customer service.

No matter what we get here, we have never been disappointed. Clean inside. Only 4 stars because some of the young girls could improve on their customer service skills. Smiles make a difference, and actually looking at the customer helps a whole lot. We order once a week from Kenhorst store. Prices are good for the quantity & quality of food!!
