Went to the bagelry at 3pm. They still have their open sign the door is unlocked lights are off. No one is there. Looked like the register was closed out, no bagels anything we scream for someone and no one answers. If you say you are open til 4pm then you should be open or adjust your hours. Who leaves their business unlocked?

I was in search of comfort food, and a week later I'm still comforted. Can't remember her name and I'm sorry for that, she made this woman a sandwich like the rest of my day deoended on it and I'm so grateful for that type of service. I felt like I was in her home. 😊💐

Most days I would give this place a great 5 stars. They site says they are open till 6 pm today. I drove out of my way to get things fir work tomorrow and they are CLOSED

Bagels are great. I normally order breakfast sandwiches and their muffins which are homemade and made fresh. Service wise the staff, including the owners, are very pleasant. My only gripe is the system they use the handle multiple customers and/or when the location is busy. I don’t mind waiting but there never seems to be any sense of urgency. You could be third or fourth in line and easily be there for 20+ minutes between ordering and actually getting your food. This is not an exaggeration. If they moved with more urgency that time could be cut in half. That would also show consideration for the customer. There’s room for improvement but overall and great place to eat.

Good food and the staff are friendly enough. Could use a more welcoming smile and cleaner eating area. The food is fairly quick and delicious. The parking is easy and this is easy to find location. The restrooms could also use a little clean and there is lots to choose from regarding drinks and food. Good place to come with guests and family.

Unfortunately the service is not good at this location. A lot of standing around talking, phone very rarely gets answered, doesn’t seem to be much management on the weekends. I understand they get busy but when I call, multiple times and it just rings and rings and rings???

I stopped by after a recommendation and I was not disappointed. This is a family friendly hole in the wall place. All the bagels are incredible the cream cheese has the perfect tart/sweet combo. I came back the next day and tried another item off the menu.
