If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Placed my order waited an hour to get it (understandable). When I received my order I received someone else’s order. When I said something to the delivery driver he said he didn’t know and while I was looking for my order confirmation he got in his car and just left. Called Pizza Hut and they told me they could refund me or remake my order, but it would be an hour and a half more to receive it (I even offered to pick it up) when I asked for a refund I was told that the manager was to busy and could not do my refund and she would make a note to remind the manager later to do my refund. When I comes to my money I trust no one. I grabbed the food that was delivered to me and headed to Pizza Hut. When I got there I asked to speak to the manager. The lady went back to get the manager and said “the lady that was on the phone is here looking to speak to you.” Her response was “i told her I’d give her her money back she is going to have to wait” I told them I would wait. When she finally came to talk to me she gave me a hard time and an attitude. Long store short of our conversation she really didn’t want to help me but because I told her I wasn’t leaving without a confirmation of a refund she finally started working on it. Ended up telling me that because they use door dash for delivery now there was not much she can do. I ended up getting my money back. Still walked out with no food

“No one outpizzas the Hut” Buddy, even a gas station pizza gave you a run for your money. Ordered food and ended up receiving the wrong food. When we called them they told us to just eat what we had been delivered. Someone else received our food. And was super wish washy about whether we were going to be getting a refund.
UPDATE the manager told us she wasn’t going to lose her job over $50 😂

I called several times trying to place an order and I was hung up and there was no way for me to get a hold of an associate. Terrible.

Pizza was delish I had the tavern style and also we got hand tossed , always a veggie lover no complaints !

I’m always a little annoyed when you drive to pick up your own order and they still expect you to tip ? but the food was good!

I ordered online per my zip code and i get a call after saying they were out for delivery that they don't deliver to my zip code, This is the only pizza Hut that says they deliver online, I asked they said they changed the system, now I waited 20 minutes and me and my son are very hungry...
Placed a call at 9:20 pm was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When call was finally taken I started my order only to be placed on hold again. I sat on hold for another 45 minutes by then the store location had closed for the day at 10 pm. I drove over to the location and all they said was “oh that’s a call center issue have a nice day we are now closed.”

Most of these negative comments are from customers that you just can't please. Who want outstanding customer service but can't even be a half decent customer. If you threaten, harrass employees you absolutely will and should have your address blocked, especiallyafter they corrected your mostake of an order! For those complaining about curbside, what did you do before the service was offered?? Act like it was never there and go get your food yourself. These employees shouldn't have to come out in pouring rain to bring you the food they already made and have to continue to work in a soaked uniform. They aren't just fast food workers, they are hard workers and if you think this job is easier than ypur office job, please come try it out!!

I wish I could give -0 stars to this location to the store and manager and employees. I call order 3 large pizzas Hawaiian which are supposed to bring ham and pineapples only . They send me 3 pizzas with hot peppers on it . I call to give the complain they send another pizza with same ingredients again . I talk to the manager and she was with attitude. And I call today and surprise they block me to delivery any order again . Very sucks.. don’t recommend it .
