I ordered a pizza at 6:15 and at 8:01 it says its still cooking. When you call the phone number it takes you to a call center that can't or won't help with anything then they say they will transfer you to the store and they either don't transfer or the store wont pick up so here it is almost 2 hours later no pizza and no way to reach the store. I am visiting in PA and I will never order from them again. Poor service

Almost an hour after ordering and waiting at the location I hear the manager telling someone to finally make my order… I’ve watched two groups of people come and go with their food. I would leave if I didn’t already pay for my order.

The time you spent waiting here can be used to drive to a far better location with better food. Food's not usually terrible, though. There's been lots of times where I've actually enjoyed it, but as of late I've waited for an unacceptable amount of time, for food that is actually undercooked. If you order online, walk in, and walk out at around the time it says it's finished, consider yourself lucky. It's usually not the employee's fault, since this place is definitely understaffed. So if I were you, I wouldn't bother to order here. You will be much happier if you go to a place that respects your time and tastebuds. Do not go here unless you actually want to be upset. If you desperately need to spend your money, there's plenty of charities out there.
Again, don't waste your time.

We spent 46.40 for a big box deal. For it all to arrive barely cooked. My bbq pizza had no sauce on top of being raw. The chicken Alfredo was cold in the middle and the sauce tasted spoiled. Sad sad sad. To send out that type of quality

While the Pizza tasted okay, it was not hot, and it was not cut (only marked with a cutter).
I had the same experience previously with my breadsticks, where they were not cut and the whole slab was just shoved into a bag.

Stay away from this location, their service is horrible and the staff don’t want to do any work, even if you call to order at 7:30pm they will tell you they are close.

Chicken not up to standards.. boneless sweet bbq was very spicy and chicken hard as Rock. .Im a senior citizens & can't have spicy food plus from being so hard I choked 🤮 on the boneless chicken !!!
Sweet sauce for cinnamon sticks doesn't taste very good pizza was good. & FF were good as well

If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Placed my order waited an hour to get it (understandable). When I received my order I received someone else’s order. When I said something to the delivery driver he said he didn’t know and while I was looking for my order confirmation he got in his car and just left. Called Pizza Hut and they told me they could refund me or remake my order, but it would be an hour and a half more to receive it (I even offered to pick it up) when I asked for a refund I was told that the manager was to busy and could not do my refund and she would make a note to remind the manager later to do my refund. When I comes to my money I trust no one. I grabbed the food that was delivered to me and headed to Pizza Hut. When I got there I asked to speak to the manager. The lady went back to get the manager and said “the lady that was on the phone is here looking to speak to you.” Her response was “i told her I’d give her her money back she is going to have to wait” I told them I would wait. When she finally came to talk to me she gave me a hard time and an attitude. Long store short of our conversation she really didn’t want to help me but because I told her I wasn’t leaving without a confirmation of a refund she finally started working on it. Ended up telling me that because they use door dash for delivery now there was not much she can do. I ended up getting my money back. Still walked out with no food

“No one outpizzas the Hut” Buddy, even a gas station pizza gave you a run for your money. Ordered food and ended up receiving the wrong food. When we called them they told us to just eat what we had been delivered. Someone else received our food. And was super wish washy about whether we were going to be getting a refund.
UPDATE the manager told us she wasn’t going to lose her job over $50 😂
