Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Waited at the “closed” registers for quite a while before the staff left the kitchen to take my order only to find out that they were “card only” which is a problem as I only do cash. Did not appreciate wasting my time when a sign to that effect could have sent me on my way quickly. If they don’t appreciate my business or value my time I guess I take my business elsewhere from now on.

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.

Worst customer service! They are in the kitchen, register say closed they do not greet you and just look at you like you have ten heads! Food is never ready on time. Get new staff!! DONT GO HERE!!!

Ordered the 20 for 20$. Before I pulled off I checked and noticed I had 10 wings missing from my order. Went back in and politely explained to the clerk n he grabbed the manager. Well bless her heart. I was taken back by her professionalism n her effort to immediately resolve that issue. We went through the order together. N confirmed 10 wings were missing. She immediately asked her team to get her my 10 wings on the fly. And offered me 2 complimentary drinks for the inconvenience while I waited. Not gonna lie I’m still impressed by that woman’s energy. These days ppl r entitled lazy rude n unapologetic to issues that could easily b resolved when the mistake is acknowledged n professionalism is kept. Ppl are just rude then play victim when u have to curse them out. Thank you to that kind and professional woman today at wing stop on Lancaster ave!

I just wanted to take the time to give Christina a huge thank you for going above and beyond to help me with my order situation. When the DoorDash driver stole it, I was just getting home from work and sitting in the car waiting for him to deliver my order since the tracker was telling me the driver was 1 minute away. Driver came stopped in front of my house, marked the order delivered and took off, after multiple calls to DoorDash with no solution. I was so frustrated and you handled everything with such care, professionalism and a kind heart . We definitely need more people like you in this world. I truly appreciate your help and quick action—it made a frustrating experience so much better. Many thanks!!
