I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Wingstop Happy Valley rd in Phx Arizona is THE WORST. I was so excited to try them for the first time ever. Ordered online, drove up there and arrived at 48 mins after I placed my order as the email said the wings should be done by then. A clueless worker said it could be another 20 mins or 40 mins. I’m not really sure. Asked to get a refund, the manager was too incompetent to complete a refund. Will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. my first time trying Wingstop and I didn’t even get to try it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Do better

Food is decent. Really enjoy the Louisiana rub. Sometimes they’ll let me split flavors sometimes they won’t.. feels like it just depends on their mood that day. Wouldn’t put fry toppings in to go cups given the long wait (1 hour). I didn’t want my fries to get soggy. The music is obnoxiously loud. Will probably eat at wing stop again just not this one.
Decided to go into wingstop for my usual (Mango Habanaro sandwich and voodoo fries) and i bit into my sandwich was raw and cold in the middle so i went back in and spoke to the person who said she was the manager (african american woman with dreadlocks in her hair) and she was extremely rude and told me to file a complaint because she answers them anyway then she went to her staff and was talking about me very loudly and the staff was laughing and following her lead so i told her that she is very rude to people who pay their money to eat her and she informed me to go eat somewhere else if i had a problem her aggression made me a lottle uncomfortable so i just walked back out....please educate your workers on how to do their job especially ones with authority

Terrible service!! Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken, waited another 45 minutes for the order to be ready. Normally I’m okay with the wait being short handed happens totally understandable. What’s not okay is the rude employee who took my order, and the order being completely wrong. Will never go back again.

This place is horrible. Took over an hour for the rude nasty staff to make my order and they still managed to forget a bunch of things. Fries were old and hard. The employees are super rude, gossiping in the kitchen instead of making the food. Multiple customers waiting with no one at the register. Customer service is non existent and when you ask where your food is, they yell at you.
