Wingstop was a joke. Registers were closed, employees were in the back laughing like it was a break room hangout instead of a business that’s supposed to serve customers. I stood there for over 10 minutes with zero acknowledgment. No “we’ll be right with you,” no explanation, nothing. If you’re not taking orders, lock the door. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time.

I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

I walked in and the place was EMPTY! And now I know why. The two employees I could see as I looked in the kitchen because no one was at the front were sharing a laugh as they looked at a phone and really seemed to share a moment. I knew I wouldn’t be getting my wings anytime soon so I didn’t even stay to order. I will not be back to wing stop Ever. Too many places carry wings to put up with that. Niema Womack needs to take some responsibility or be replaced.

My boyfriend and I placed an online order for pickup. When he picked it up, we only received two fries and a 6-piece strip—our 6-piece boneless wings were missing. We went back to fix it, but staff were rude to my boyfriend, so I went in. The store manager ignored me, talked to an employee, and implied we were lying to get free food before walking away. An employee said she “double-checked,” and when I said it wasn’t there, she replied “oh well.” The cashier was the only respectful one and tried to get a manager who would help, but was ignored. When the manager came back, she rolled her eyes, sighed, and claimed the boneless were in the same box as the strips, which isn’t true. She refused to check cameras and said, “I am the camera.” Everyone except the cashier treated me like I was trying to scam them. The manager then snatched the food from me and said I’d get a refund in 7–10 days

We ordered a 30 boneless wing family pack for delivery. Thirty mins after it was supposed to arrive, I called for an update. They told me I would have to check with “whoever was scheduled” to deliver it (grubhub, door dash, etc). I said that I ordered it through their website and didn’t have any indication as to who, other than Wing Stop, that was supposed to be delivering the order. Finished the call, waited an hour, and called again since we still hadn’t received the delivery. When I called again, I got the same run around. The staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I told them I would come down to get the food instead. The manager interrupted me, said see you soon, and hung up on me. When I got down to the restaurant, I picked up the food and told the manager that hanging up on a customer with a complaint was unacceptable as I had spent $50 on this food. She interrupted me again and said something about “accommodating” me. When I got home the food was freezing cold, bland/disgusting, and barely edible. I will NEVER order from this horrible place again!

Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Waited at the “closed” registers for quite a while before the staff left the kitchen to take my order only to find out that they were “card only” which is a problem as I only do cash. Did not appreciate wasting my time when a sign to that effect could have sent me on my way quickly. If they don’t appreciate my business or value my time I guess I take my business elsewhere from now on.

Ordered at 7:56pm CST. Received a message from a door dash driver at 8:39 saying Wingstop allowed someone else to pick up an order they were supposed to, and they wanted to know if I received it. I had not. I still have not. I called the store after some back and forth that was quite frankly confusing as all hell because why are they letting people just pick something up without proving who they are? If they had, then why would I haver TWO DELIVERY DRIVERS? I feel like I am being lied to and gaslit and want my money back. Well, money that y'all collect within seconds you won't refund me for 7-10 business days? AWFUL AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This is the second time I have had problems with this location - the first they forgot to deliver my soda and then told me they were not going to bring it back out to me and that I could "come get it when I want to". IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE DELIVERIES, DO NOT ACCEPT THEM. This is beyond frustrating.
