Got the white pizza. It looks beautiful, but has absolutely no flavor. I can’t taste any garlic. I don’t usually salt my food, but I salted this pizza and added Parmesan. My mother got the chicken cheese steak Stromboli and is very pleased with it.
First time ordering here. Got a veggie Stromboli and mozzarella sticks..the Stromboli was flavorless...they put not seasonings at all on the veggies or stromboli...the mozzarella sticks were good but nothing else was

I ordered a large cheese pizza yesterday for my family ( Labor Day) , and it was horrible, which I get it, but I called to give them a chance to fix this because I had ordered from them one time previously and it was good, so I called to let the owner know, he was rude, didn’t care, or even listen to me much less try to resolve the issue, I informed him I wouldn’t be ordering there anymore and he just didn’t care… really really disappointed.. Labor Day Pizza.. NOT GOOD..Don’t waste your time or money 💰

Big Richards is absolutely delicious. They are consistent with the taste. They are one of the only pizza restaurants who actually put the cheese up to the crust and not have this inch and a half of sauce like, for example, pizza and stuff, among others. The only thing is that I always order for delivery because it is in a college part of town and you have to climb a very long stairs to get inside. I do not mind getting delivery though. Especially because of the taste. Thanks for doing such a great job.
Kid-friendliness: I have brought in my young toddler granddaughter before and the and there has never been a problem with her noise or running around.

My family got Takeout from here. I ordered mozzarella sticks, onion rings, french fries, 2 large cheese pizzas, and 2 cheesesteak subs. In my opinion the best thing was the mozzarella sticks. I didn't care for the pizza and the cheesesteak seemed like it was only meat and cheese when it was to have onions and peppers in it as well. Maybe I'm just being picky. I may try dine in and see if dine in is better than Takeout. But I know I'm not getting Takeout here again.
