Well run franchise. Clean dining room, warm food, and good service. I liked the extra mayo and crispy lettuce on the burger, and unlike most Burger King's where they under salt the french fries, here they were properly salted. We will stop here again when we pass this way.
Food is great but the staff at the counter is very disrespectful and doesn't pay attention to detail in your orders.

Dashers beware: lobby will close early. Was in at 8:45 on 11/13 to pick up a door dash order, lobby was closed and being mopped. Had to wait in drive thru line which was being held up by one of the nastiest attitudes I've heard come from that speaker box. I listened as the girl running drive thru was more than disrespectful to the customers in front of me. When I finally got to the window to pick up my order (12 minutes after arriving) I asked what time the lobby closed. The girl in drive thru said "we had to close it early because we only have two people working" which was a blatant lie. They were choosing to do closing duties almost 2 hours earlier than close. While the lobby was being mopped by one female employee, another male employee was outside breaking down/cleaning equipment. There was another person inside I'm assuming making the orders, didn't see him but could hear two male voices clear as day. 4 employees were working at that point so obviously they were closing down early just because they felt like it. The unprofessionalism that this Burger King is known for has me wondering how this location remains open. Not to mention, if they still store cheeses and veggies the way they did 10 years ago, one true, non-biased health inspection would have the place shut down. Do better Burger King, because at this point the King has become the Jester.

Everything was good until i missed fine print .. did survey to get a free sandwich, only to find out it came out to 6 something for small fries and a small drink.. i think it should be printed larger so people dont get surprised after taking the time to fill out the survey..

I'm not sure exactly where this BK was located (somewhere around Harrisburg, PA). What a clean friendly restaurant! AND the food was actually good! It was cooked correctly and was better than just edible which I cannot say for our local BK! Good Job!

The GM who is there today was so bad... I order the same thing every daily for weeks... Not once was my order wrong! Today the GM was there and refused to upcharge me for my med drink!! Forced me to get the value size + my med drink. It has never been an issue before.. I would call corporate but the number doesn't work.

The manager hung up on me and said the customer is always wrong!!! I feel bad for her really! We will never stop there ever again! Person handling money was handling food, she laughed and said that was ok by health dept. The chicken sandwich was frozen in the middle, and there were about 10 fries in the order! Her excuse was only so many will fit! Way to go Burger King Management!! That's top notch!! 🤣
Woman in drive thru pretended not hear me so i would purposely leave. So i send my wife and she proceeds to charge us $2 for each sauce we received. Never in my lifetime have i been charged for sauce at any other fast food restaurant. Not to mention the past 3x i have ate there the food was clearly prepared wrong and had been cooked before i even arrived. Nothing was fresh. When confronted the manager told me if i didn't like it to just be on my way. Offered no refund or anything to satisfy my needs.

Just when through drive thu ordered a number 1 large and 8 pc nugget. The large coke was carbonated water, and didn’t get the nuggets
I'll never eat hear again all the employees are rude then they Wanna charge me extra on items
On June 18th around 5:25 pm. My Co-worker and I entered the establishment together looking to dine in, using some coupons I haven't used. I asked the Lady at the register can I use 2 of the coupons. I immediately felt "Not Welcomed." She proceeded to say the coupons expired.
I still ordered a meal to dine in, my Co-worker just ordered a sandwich, which I paid using my debit card. A few minutes later my food was not hot, the cheese didn't even melt on it. So I went back to ask to make my sandwich fresh.
The young lady at the counter said, no problem. "I will bring your said which to your table. When it was ready. Someone said, your sandwich is ready, but I had to go pick it up from the counter.
All this to say, my visit was unpleasant and I saw other people come in a shade clearer of my melanin who were helped with a sense of pleasant greetings.
I'm a working and paying customer. Not to mention a "Google Guide!" No one knows who can come into there establishment a give a bad review.

Drive thru experience. Ordered the new Bacon and Cheese melt meal. Size large. Also ordered Original Chicken Sandwhich Meal. Size large. BOTH with a large Strawberry Lemonade. We got one large and one medium drink. When we asked about the size difference, she got a little snappy and responded, "i show you paid for a medium," to which I removed the receipt and showed that it In fact shows I paid for a large. When we got home, I threw the chicken sandwich in the garbage it tasted like old oil. Instead of the Bacon and Cheese Melt they gave us the mushroom one instead, which also went in the trash since my significant other is allergic. So there's that.
