Havent had dominos in awhile...but im glad I ordered today! Not only was the pizza amazing...the delivery driver made my day!! She showed up with a smile and her whole attitude was great! Great job dominos for having such an amazing employee!
Your typical dominos. Cheap and always available when you’re hungry.
My only issue is that some people like to tip carry out orders. There was no option for me to do so when I arrived at the store and there wasn’t even a tip jar up front. I like to tip the in stores making the pizzas. Please fix this.

Impressive speed and quality. I've worked for Domino's before and I still found their work commendable.
Well done. 🍕👌

Every time I get pizza from Domino’s in Shippensburg, I get sick. Feel very dizzy and will puke it up.

Normally I give a 5 star review for them but my last order was horrible. My pizzas were over cooked and over seasoned, and my driver admitted that he spaced out a bit before coming and forgot the plates and napkins.

I'm a disabled veteran and on a fixed income. I have had nothing but glowing reviews until now. They actually stole my 41 dollars. It was fake delivered. We have cameras so the story immediately changed from we deliverd to oops. Since then I have been trying to just get the credit issued. Not a redelivered pizza. Maybe I wanted to watch March madness like the driver. Twice I was told the GM would call me. Three times I was entered into a book. Whenever I followed up the staff pretend the GM would call. So I just harassed them until they went to do the legal correct action. The person then said she was tired of me harassing her. I have PTSD I have been harassed for 3 weeks. The difference I'm the client. Anyone want to hear the voice message 3 weeks ago saying wrong address. NEVER AGAIN. I am a super tipper btw and always add to St Jude. No one is accountable these days.
It took an hour to get 2 medium pizzas and they were cold and dry. Delivery guy said that they remade them. Cost 54 dollars for 2 pizzas and a leiter of Sprite. They didn't even offer a discount and we threw out the pizzas. So disappointed. 😓

I can understand the delivery car broke down, but after all that time, they gave us cold food . I called and ask for hot food which still came cold. They could have given us a coupon or something. 3 hours later we got to eat our cold food. Sad

Undercooked. Period. My pizza was delivered soggy. I had to throw it in the oven for 10 minutes. This is the second time this has been the case. I’d rather a slow delivery with good food than a rushed delivery. It’s a shame because I love dominos pizza but not this location. Avoid at all costs. Do yourself a favor and give your business to Alfredo’s or big Richard’s. You won’t be sorry.

I just wanted to make things clear that I originally did not want to post a negative review. What made me change my mind was after Wyatt (so called manager) claims that there was no record of me calling in about my pizza being messed up. I always order uncut pizzas because my kids love cutting their own pizza. Upon delivery we noticed our pizza was cut and cut very poorly. My wife and I were very upset and decided to call and get things corrected. Wyatt answered the phone and I asked for a manager. He told me he was the manager and asked what he can help with the issue. Long story short he gave me options and we decided to just take a credit for the pizza.
Later the following week we decided to call today 1/8/25 and Wyatt claims that there was not a credit placed under my order. On top of that he had the audacity to ask me to verify my phone number when knowing he had callerID. I asked him why I need to confirm my own phone number and his rude response was “To confirm who you are” he then puts me on hold for 2 minutes to come back and tell me that there is no credit in the “books” for this account.
I then tried explaining to him that it was only 5 days ago that I originally had placed this order. He then proceeded to tell me that there is nothing he can do. I’ve never had such a bad experience with Dominos ever in my life. How can you forget something that happened less than a week ago and pretend we never had this conversation? I firmly believe that he was retaliating because he got upset that I asked him why I had to confirm my phone number.
Someone needs to give Wyatt a reality check on customer service and the importance of customer service when it comes to his workplace. Negative attitude and negative service triggers a bad reputation for business.
