Big coffee drinker but haven’t had any in a while figured I’d stop get some. Friendly service and my order was correct but next time I’ll get decaf because the regular made me feel jittery like I was on coke again 💀 holy moly.

My food was burnt, dry, I asked for butter on the sandwich there wasn’t any, the loaded hash browns had the chipotle cheese sauce on them which was wrong and burnt to a crisp. I asked for the maple donut but was given a pumpkin donut. Horrible food and spent $15. I never get butter on my sandwich I ask every single time. They’ve given me the wrong hash browns twice now this month. I am a daily customer but this just sucks anymore.

MY DRINK WAS HORRIBLE, I DIDNT EVEN GET ANY CREAM WHEN I ASKED FOR THREE CREAM AND MY DRINK WASNT EVEN MIXED IN. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN ALL EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE!! AND THEY HAVE ROACHES!

I don’t recommend stopping by. No one wears gloves and everything is unprofessional. Bobby the store manager gives off weird vibes! I’d stay away and go to another Dunkin:)

Just stopped in for a hot & iced coffee and a boston cream donut. The hot coffee was good, the iced coffee was too strong (which has been a common issue lately with many DDs) and the donut was small- about 3/4 typical.

This Dunkin’ used to be really good, but it seems the quality of service has decreased pretty bad, I can’t understand my order when they read it back to me and then it ends up being wrong and it’s a huge headache.

At this location they need to be trained to make drinks all the same. It depends on whose making the drinks. Sometimes I go in and it's perfect but others I go in and it's nothing but milk in my coffee. This happens about 5 out of 10 times so it's 50/50 if your stuff will be correct. I know there's got to be a chart to follow for correctly making it. I know for a fact there's two employees there who have no idea or just don't care. I've gone back in for it to be made correctly just to have them make it wrong again, just waste my money half the time.

I've noticed that when I order on the app, they won't tell me they don't have what I ordered but just throw whatever they want in the bag. The employees are about as smart as a bag of sand
I confronted them about this and was basically told I was SOL and in order to get a refund I need to reach out to help on the app. As if they're two separate entities . What a damned joke this place is???
...Starbucks is down the road and worth the extra $$ to get what you ordered and better customer service
