Dunkin'

Says 24 hours but closed when I got there at 4am… 😕

This Dunkin’ store has been in Shippensburg for over two years now. I am very thankful we have this restaurant in our community. Bobby, the manager, runs a great establishment. The food and beverages are always delicious and made to order. The Dunkin’ crew are always very pleasant, courteous and greet you with a smile! I love going to this Dunkin’. It is my favorite in the area and I frequent it often!

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots to accommodate customers.

Recently, it's been 1 issue with an order after another. The final straw was the team member handing me a bag with my order but the manager blaming me for not checking the order. There are other places in town. Pass on this location.

Ordered 2 bacon egg & cheese and neither had cheese. Also, the croissants were burnt. Very disappointed in this food. Service was very good

Dinning area FILTHY guy that took my order kept trying to give me an iced latte when I CLEARLY ordered a hot, said hit 3 times and still got an iced latte...

As i Said its a new store for the area, so everything is spot on clean and taken care of. Service is friendly and quick. Food is solid, you can't really go wrong coming here.

I normally get the iced coffee carmal mocha. The service was good and my coffee was great. I've only had one time where it was a little bitter.

Literally go there every morning and today was the worst experience I have ever had! I have never been treated so poorly. Customer service is a joke to your employees, do better!!!!!

Every time I order from here there’s always something wrong with my coffee. I always order coffee with plant based milk but they never add in a decent amount. Not to mention they don’t stir my drink enough so my syrup is always sitting on the bottom.
