The cheesesteak was not seasoned well, the peppers were undercooked, and the cheese was all stuck to the wrapper. It was not worth the money.

Peppers and onions were undercooked, chicken was barely seasoned, and the roll was soggy. We had to wait 12 minutes past the pick-up time they gave us and only one of the subs was hot.

If you're looking for a place where the food is as fantastic as the service, this is it! Darren, the store manager, clearly knows his sandwiches—mine was so perfect I almost proposed to it. Virginia, whose name I might have butchered, was a delightful burst of humor and politeness. She kept our drinks full and our spirits high, ensuring my son and I had a meal to remember. If you’re in the mood for top-notch food and service that will make you feel like royalty, don’t miss this spot!

We have been Jersey Mikes fans for years. Imagine our excitement when they announce one was coming to Shippensburg! Had our second visit today to the new store and always feel like we can not say enough great things about it. Tons of employees ready to greet you/take your order/customize your sub and ring you out. We love that the meat is always sliced fresh and piled high! Definitely a huge difference from the other sub place (you know where I mean.) Whenever we want subs, this is where we will be going. Keep everything the way it is because we need you guys here for a very long time!

Parking: There is a strip mall here so there is plenty of parking for everyone!

Kid-friendliness: They made us feel so welcome and I had my 4 year old grand daughter and her mommy with me!

In spite of recently opening, store is well staffed with polite, knowledgeable staff who are patient in explaining the Jersey Mike's way to new customers. We love JM and are thrilled to have one in our town. Can't wait to rack up the Shore Points!
