Don’t order online from this KFC. They don’t process your order until you are in the restaurant. I placed my order at 5:46pm on the app. When I arrived 15 minutes later, the app said my order was ready for pickup. I showed it to the employee what was in my phone. He said the order would be ready in a couple of minutes. I left the restaurant at 6:40pm with my order disgusted with their service and lack of respect for my time waiting. No credit or refund was offered to me. One black mark for Colonel Sanders. This isn’t the first time that this happened at this location.

I ordered online to be picked up at 5:45! Order was not done on arrival I waited 30 minutes. My dipping sauce was missing my wedges were soggy and my biscuits were raw in the middle

Placed and online order for KFC, waited 20 mins in store and received my order 30 minutes after ordering. They gave me the wrong thing and when I went back to the store for the right thing they gave me the right thing sort of. They forgot the sauces that I ordered and also forgot to give me something to eat the mashed potatoes with. They did say sorry but I figured they'd give me a little extra chicken with my order or at the least a coupon. Instead I just received an incomplete order.

KFC was chosen, not taco bell. Door locked to customers. Expensive. Had to go back twice to get missing biscuit. Extra crispy was flavorless and leg barely coated. Been around long enough to remember when KFC was a treat. Cannot find a good KFC location anymore, and there aren't many locations that exist to choose. Understanding for how they have gone down hill through the years in quality, limited locations and higher prices. My opinion.

This is The Best KFC ? and Taco Bell ?, we always stop to get 6 Hard Tacos and 2 Original Chicken Breasts. I wish All Taco Bells and KFC would be in the same Building.

The 2-piece fried chicken I got at KFC Shippensburg was extremely disappointing—not only was it the saddest looking meal I've ever had, but it also wasn't worth the $10 price. Every time I've gone there, my order has been messed up. Very frustrating.
Ordered a 3 piece chicken combo for takeout and not only did they get my order wrong (and of course I didn't realize till I got home) the food was disgusting and made me sick.

Took forty minutes on an order that was supposed to take five minutes I reminded the man at the counter with glasses about my food and he kept forgetting to tell the people on the back. It also was very slow no rush at all. Worst service I’ve ever had at kfc never am going to a kfc anywhere ever again
