KFC was chosen, not taco bell. Door locked to customers. Expensive. Had to go back twice to get missing biscuit. Extra crispy was flavorless and leg barely coated. Been around long enough to remember when KFC was a treat. Cannot find a good KFC location anymore, and there aren't many locations that exist to choose. Understanding for how they have gone down hill through the years in quality, limited locations and higher prices. My opinion.

The 2-piece fried chicken I got at KFC Shippensburg was extremely disappointing—not only was it the saddest looking meal I've ever had, but it also wasn't worth the $10 price. Every time I've gone there, my order has been messed up. Very frustrating.

Took forty minutes on an order that was supposed to take five minutes I reminded the man at the counter with glasses about my food and he kept forgetting to tell the people on the back. It also was very slow no rush at all. Worst service I’ve ever had at kfc never am going to a kfc anywhere ever again
The girl forgot to put in my side dish and I didn't realize it until I got home a half hour later.

This particular KFC/Taco Bell was better than the KFC in Gettysburg. The people were polite and helpful, and the service was fast. The only thing I can complain about is a few dirty tables.
I bought a big box meal and then I was missing my sides I went back and they refused to give it to me unless I paid more. How does that go. Never again I will despite the trans action on my card.

This is the second time my wife and I have come in and the cashier tell they are all out of chicken and it was 7pm and they lost a lot and f business with them saying that people just walked out I will never come back here again just a terrible place….
